My son wanted a gaming laptop. This one seems good. The ram can be upgraded and isn’t that expensive. No complaints from him like before we got it because old one games weren’t performing like he wanted. All is good when they don’t complain. Fast and decent quality.

Best computer ever! Runs extremely quick and has no issues. I’ve had it for a little over 2 years. However, I dropped it and the entire screen cracked yet it still works amazing.

This thing is a beast. Tested it first with Code Vein, hitting 110fps. Then something a lot more demanding, Dark Souls 3 was hitting the 60fps cap on max settings. When not gaming everything is super fast. You definitely won’t regret it

Bought it for my daughter, this is what she said: “I love that the key board lights up and the graphics are amazing! The only meh thing would be the battery time. For me I find that it runs down kinda fast. But I usually keep it plugged in.”

I love my new laptop. I actually got it for mostly editing, photoshop, and animation. It truly has exceeded my expectations. My only problem with it is the battery life dose not last long, but I already read about that before my purchase.

Considering I picked this up mainly so I could play Gmod and Skyrim while at college, it more than exceeds what I need it to do. For the price it includes so relatively high end hardware especially when compared to what i was using previously, plus the rainbow backlit keyboard is very stylish.

Got this one in the deal but it worked for 2 weeks good with no issues after that it started with heating and loud fan sound then slow down with latest processor result in keyboard stopped working then after fixing with drivers with updates then had boot loop issue, too many issues with one laptop never faced luckily best buy refunded for it

This is my first Asus. So far so good. I do have a problem with the touchpad, sometimes it's not responsive. Not sure what's going on. I tried to install drivers and so, but they don't seem to solve it. It's i7 9th generation laptop with decent graphic cards. Main usage is mid-level gaming. I mainly plan to use it for my studies. Battery live is short, about 4 hours. However, the charger is small enough. The keyboard is good with nice feel and travel. All in all for the price ($799), it's a very good purchase.. I just hope to find a way to resolve the touchpad problem.

This laptop has been excellent. Lighting is awesome, performance has been great, and the design is sleek and stylish.

This is one of the worse laptops I have ever owned. This laptop died on me approx 3 months prior to me writing this review (NOT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD FROM THIS DATE OF 29MAY2021) I have never adjusted the power settings for speed. It was actually set to "Windows" mode. I bought it for the lit keyboard and I primarily used it with serato dj. I unplugged the cables attached to it for mobile use. Yes the power was off. I went to power the unit back on and nothing! I have taken it to A professional repair person who could not find the problem. (Asus DOES NOT PROVIDE SCHEMATICS!) So now I have a $800 dollar paperweight! The motherboards are $799 if you can find one. I was SHOWN by the Repair Professional How MANY Asus Laptops were in for "No Power No Boot No Lights". I have an Asus Thats 6 years old and still kicking! Also! I LEARNED TO ALWAYS BUY THE WARRANTY WHEN IT COMES TO LAPTOPS! Blessings All.

I was looking for a laptop to replace an older desktop. Researched carefully and it lead me to the gaming laptops. The Asus is a GREAT laptop and is affordable. It is perfect for gaming as well as office work.

This laptop is just what I needed - fast and fun. I have such confidence running programs and videos. Also the backlit keyboard can be set to any color you choose. One note: does not come with a webcam

So far so good, I had a few issues with the keyboard like others, but after a Windows update all has been well. I did upgrade the memory to 32gb and now she purrs like a kitten.

Asus comes with 9th gen I7 processor and a solid state hard drive making for a fast gaming computer. On Sale fie $750. Missing sd card reader, camera, and USB C.

When I saw this laptop go on sale I knew that I needed to have it, 849 for a brand new 9th gen I7 and a solid state drive, while also being asus so you know they wouldnt cheap out on it. And as well with the 1650 you can play almost any game you want in 1080p at 60fps.

This is amazing laptop for gaming! I've downloaded TESV Skyrim, Fallout 4, The new Doom Eternal, and it handles these games flawlessly for me and the graphics are amazing. It was perfect for me, it's under $1k, the light up keyboard adds to the experience. The only bad thing I've seen so far is the speakers act up when I turn on my laptop every once in a Blue moon, but it's fixed with a restart and I'm back at it, or you could solve the issue with your own external speakers. Highly recommend this for someone who has right budget and still wants to play games with the big boys!

Powerful enough to do some serious development work whether it’s building api’s, apps, and of course games. The lighted colorful keyboard lights are cool. It is missing a webcam unfortunately.
