    I was very unsure to buy a prebuilt, but with the specs this has, it was much more powerful for the money if i had bought all the parts my self and did a build. The one I have is with core ultra 7 with 5070ti, and I can play COD warzone in 4k ultra with no lower then 130fps. If I go for 1440p, then I easily get over 150fps

    Can run anything ive thrown at it with minimal effort. Only drawback is a lot of systems(like meta) dont recognize the capabilities so you have to manually set the ultra graphic settings.

    Great pc everything worked right out of the box. Comes with everything you need. Kinda wish I went with the AMD version but I’m certainly not disappointed.

    Stopped working after 2 months

    I was in love with this computer until one night it wouldn’t turn on. I thought maybe the power supply was bad but after going into the store to have that checked, I found out the power supply was still good and it was probably something more serious. Best Buy was helpful in the process of sending it back to Asus for a warranty repair and was told it would be repaired in 2-3 weeks. It’s now been a month and still says “being repaired”. I inquired about when it will be done and was told they’re waiting on the motherboard to come in. Hopeful it comes back soon but worried something like this will happen again as I only had it for a little over 2 months and now a whole month waiting for it to be repaired with no known date on when I’ll get it back.

    We got this as a replacement and have had no issue. It was easy to get set up and has a really clean look. It is a great choice for a pre-built price.

    Bad USB C Port

    Love the build, it seems like it is a beast of a computer, but the 20G USB C port on the back of the motherboard is not working properly. If I push the USB C cable all the way in, it does not work. The cable has to be slightly out of the port for the PC to even pick up my external SSD. Attempting to chat with BestBuy support got me no where, and attempting to chat with ASUS support just tells me to contact BestBuy support.

    Got A Defective One

    The computer is pretty amazing. Great build, runs cool and never gets hot really. Fan noise is fairly low. However, mine stopped booting up after about 12 days. Right out of the box I noticed the computer would refuse to sleep or hybernate. It would even power itself back up after telling it to shut down. This became highly annoying as it would cycle through sleep and veing turned off throughout the night over and over again. I was hoping it was just a software setting problem somewhere I had missed and that I'd eventually resolve it since besides that the computer was amazing. I guess the problem was worse than i thought because it finally stopped booting up. RGB came on but power button light would blink very fast and nothing else. No signal to the display. I may buy another and see if it was just a hardware failure. I'm glad it happened while still in return window. I see two reviews with similar problems and having to to wait months for manufacturer warranty repair for a defective motherboard? Maybe my motherboard was defective too.

    Worked fine, for about nearly a month.

    Was working perfectly until recently. Not even a month old and already mine made a soft crackling noise when I turned it off one night. The following morning I turn it on, the fan runs, but that's about it. It won't connect to my monitor or USB ports. I paid a lot for this and I'm pretty upset that when I pull out the warranty card and jump through the hoops, it redirects me to Best Buy's Geek Squad since I bought it through this app. At the time of writing this I have just turned it in to my nearest Best Buy Geek Squad and had to sign up for an expensive membership that I didn't want. There's no guarantee that they'll be even able to fix the issue AND if a part needs replacing it'll have to come out of my pocket! I am very upset that I paid so much for this only for it to break on me in such a short amount of time.

    Absolute Nightmare Rip-off

    This PC has been nothing but a pain. On first glance games seem to run well, but then you notice the horrible stuttering that plagues everything. No matter what I do - BIOS updates, driver updates, frame tests, disable this and that - NOTHING WORKS. I have spent DAYS troubleshooting this thing, thinking that there would be some setting somewhere to fix it. It just now blue-screened on me for the first time, and I'm realizing that this thing is just junk. I missed the OBSCENELY SHORT 15 DAY return period by 2 days and I am LIVID. A PC this expensive should have NONE of these problems. DO NOT BUY.

      We do understand your disappointment with the PC and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing BSOD and stuttering. If Windows, drivers, BIOS, games and applications are up to date and you still get a BSOD, most likely Windows is corrupted.

      To resolve this issue, please try to performed a factory reset and after a successful reset, please update Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated. Updates for the device are posted at:  https://rog.asus.com/us/desktops/full-tower/rog-g700-2025-g700/helpdesk_download/. You may need to reconfigure your system, video, game and performance setting inside the Armoury Crate utility. Additionally, if you are playing these games online, please ensure this PC has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet service will definitely affect system stability and performance. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application.     Stopped turning on

    I was initially very happy with my purchase. But after 2 short weeks the PC stopped powering on unexpectedly. I now have to send it back to the manufacturer for repair rather than enjoying my exciting new purchase.
