I really like this laptop that I bought. Too good for what I really need right now

The only thing I will nock it for is the volume key is known for sticking.

My brand new laptop has had a few blue screens of death, And that's pretty annoying.

Upon first glance this laptop looks solid. Once removed from the packaging it felt solid as well. Setup was quite easy as most laptops these days are. In a matter of minutes I was up and running. This laptop is second to none when it comes to speed. Upon first boot post setup this ASUS blazed to the logon screen. The operating system runs smooth and I had no trouble at all loading programs on it. I thoroughly enjoy the speed of the solid state drive. As for running my programs it runs then all flawlessly. I’ve tried a few online games and not the first glitch. My daughter uses it for her sketching and she loves the clarity of her drawing and how fine of detail she sees in it. Now some issues I have with it, first thing is using blackboard a school interaction program, I had trouble getting sound to work. It took some time to figure out that certain programs need to be exited out of before blackboard works properly. It’s a bit of pain needing to exit these programs prior to utilizing another program. Next issue for me is that it isn’t touch screen but that’s not a deal breaker. My only other issue is battery life. When I’m putting it through it’s paces battery life is approx 1-2 hours depending on the program. I’m sure with some power setting tweaks I can get more life out of it. All in all this is another great laptop by ASUS. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone wanting a solid, fast, well built laptop.
