This computer was purchased for the soul purpose of lasting the rest of time as our previous computer purchases have left a lot to desire in the next one, and the next one... This computer is sturdy, fast and built for its fast operating system, and it has not disappointed. It has lived up to our expectations and with the warranty purchase, we fill that we will be able to get the max out of this computer. Sometimes cheaper isn’t better. We went the extra cost and have not had issue one vs. our previous HP and Lenovo purchases.

Very thin for a gaming laptop , fast and very easy to use , the only con i have with this laptop its the battery life aroung 3 hours or less

I love this laptop. From the design to how it runs and processes. The back lighting of the keyboard inspires me with its changing colors. The sleek design is pleasing to the eye and feels good in your hands. The housing on the hinge could use some work as my plastic piece that covers the corner hinge snapped off just by opening it (I got it fixed under warranty), but the computer its self runs nicely and processes video very well. I bought the laptop to make videos and process them quicker than my Dell did. It definitely gets the job done.

Some say it over heats, the mother board is bad, but for me this pc is running amazingly I bought it like 4 months ago and it is still as powerful as ever, 122hz refresh rate..dual graphics driver (nividia UHD and gtx 1060) powerful CPU..what else do u need? and It deserves the price tag..but the battery is annoying...and dont expect it to last hours if ur gaming on it (logic). honest suggestion: get it or add a couple of $100 and get the zephrus. both are worth it

I am having a fantastic time with this computer. The graphics of my games are perfect and the speed is unbelievable

Amazing configuration and speedy performance tasks, the only cons is the battery charge does not exceed 5.5 hours.

I don't know it's about Asus or Window10. The wifi unexpectedly drop for 5-10 secs everyday, once or twice a day. It does not happen with my Mac or iPhone, So pretty sure it's not about my wifi router. But other things, Asus is just a beast!!!!!! Very fast, powerful, cool, beautiful, and doing great with the fan noise. Cheap price with High quality both for software and design.

I love the laptop, the design, the performance it’s great. You will not regret if you get this laptop.

Besides the issue with this system getting too hot at times this system is amazing I highly recommend it

I have always been a Mac laptop user. Having a non-Mac scanner to assess biomechanical medical issues, I needed to purchase a normal computer that I could utilizie for the scanner. Having narrowed it down to either Alien Ware or Asus, I chose the Asus. The computer graphics, keyboard and dual hard drives at almost half the cost was my determining factor. Also the AlienWare laptop was excessively heavy and difficult to manuever.

I've had this laptop for about a month now and I absolutely love it. Games look great and so do movies. The only thing that I wish was a little better was the battery life on it. It runs about 2.5 hours doing light tasks, but if you were going to do any gaming on it you definitely need to plug it in not only because of the battery life but you get the best quality of the game when it is plugged in.

I love my laptop the only problem I’ve had with it is the hard drive is not big enough but I bought a 3 tig external hard drive and I’m more than satisfied with it! I love the big fans that keep it relatively cool during my gameplay. Fans are loud when at top speed but I use headphones so it doesn’t bother me at all!

I ordered an Alienware directly from Dell and after three weeks it still hadn't shipped. I cancelled the order, and picked this machine up at Best Buy the same afternoon. This computer was priced better and the specs were better. It has been an amazing machine. I have not found a game that it will not play as well as my comparably equipped desktop PC. Another outstanding purchase from Best Buy!

I laptop is thin, light and powerful! It is well designed and feels premium.

I purchased this laptop mainly for video editing, not gaming. I did install several games and this sucker does not disappoint. My only complaint is the customer service is the worst you will ever experience. So, you better be good at maintaining ASUS products because they are not going to be there for you. The product is great though and my video editing is on a whole notha level!
