It’s a good computer. But you will need to upgrade the ram. Since it’s not enough for multitasking. But overall this a great computer especially for the price you won’t find anything better. That’s a guaranteed

Pretty solid laptop though I have had isssues with crashing though not sure if its the laptop itself or outside issues

Been using this laptop for the past 8 months. This is a powerhouse! From working to playing, it does it all.

They changed the touch pad from being number or touch, saved alot of space at the bottom, more comfortable, still a great laptop, just the one change, if they left the touchscreen were the number pad was, would have been a 5 star

Great laptop, but a bit of back light bleed. A slight step up in quality control would help.

I was looking for a good gaming laptop. This one is heavy and noisy which isn't surprising for something with a good graphics card. However, it crashes (power-off) after a few minutes running any GPU-based game and any graphics settings. Anyone want to buy a $2400 brick?

Most of my sentiments about the product echo what others are saying. While this laptop excels at gaming WHEN it works, these are the following issues I've had from the start: * Random lockups * Minor backlight bleed (in my case) * Coil whine is unacceptable. While the fans can drown it out, don't expect to be able to concentrate if you're running silent mode and working. * Occasionally it will not turn on unless plugged in. This is even though the battery is at 80% charge. * When plugged in and put to sleep, after several hours the laptop would literally begin to cook itself. After some research, I found that disabling hibernation mode stopped the extreme heating, but the laptop would still be warm in the morning. Regardless, after several hours in sleep mode the laptop would fail to respond and had to be restarted. Now the laptop will rarely last longer than 5 minutes before completely locking up, not even allowing me to clear my data before returning it to the store.

This computer is the best... the quality is perfect. The resolution is so good. The color effects...is the best.

Bought for golf simulator because of current MacBook Pro non compatibility. Absolutely amazing, fast, and very little fan noise. 4k is stunning with proper projector. Very satisfied.

Pretty nice laptop with an ample amount of ports. Asus software is prone to issues, don't allow updates automatically as their bios updates and such could leave you in quite a predicament with a broken OS or laptop. Ive had this laptop since mid August and the motherboard is already fried. I've only moved it twice and have taken great care of it, not even using the built in keyboard or track pad. Go buy a Lenovo. This laptop is not warrantied through Asus either but made exclusively for Best Buy so you'll need to go through Geeksquad for any issues... which is probably preferable. I had an Asus ROG Swift 34" 100hz monitor that only lasted about 2.5 years before it too had a chip inside randomly become fried. Not acceptable for a high end monitor or laptop with very few hours on them. I'm not even on my PC every day. Sometimes I go months without using them. In the case of the laptop, it had maybe 60 to 70 hours of use. That's absolutely embarrassing. Save your money and frustration. Go buy a more reputable brand like Lenovo or Alienware.

Perfect Condition, No backlight bleed which is what I was most concerned about. Everything plays super well and it does not feel overwhelmingly large. Very Happy with the purchase

I was afraid mine would have light bleed and be loud as others have written but mine was just as described. Very happy with everything in it and on it.

It's a solid laptop Minus 1 star because keyboard lights fade a bit. Otherwise it's a good laptop. Not perfect though.

I was worried about a backlight issue as Ive seen multiple reviews bring this up as an issue. I can say I have zero backlight issues! Very happy with my purchase!

So far so good .. no black light bleed no weird noise .. not one blue screen ..only been a month …so far I’m very happy…..

Excellent in every way. Solid construction, smooth operation, beautiful display. Battery life in line with other products of this nature. No complaints. Buy it.

I love it, works well, some minor problems at start but nothing some elbow grease won't work out
