Same thing happened on his laptop. We both tried to press the start button for like 30second and the sound disappeared.

Screen is fine and gaming performance is solid. My review and rating are because I got this to also use as a DAW (for recording music). For this, it's 100% useless. ASUS BIOS settings are minimal. Windows 11 seems to be a disaster (at least for me) and I don't have a path to use windows 10 that I am aware of. This processor should smoke my old 10600k desktop, but unfortunately the system latency is so high that it's unusable for audio applications. Lots of pops/clicks and errors. ASUS does not provide a way to lock CPU frequency. Even doing so with a 3rd party app does not fix the issue. Also noticed in intel XTU that there is a lot of throttling due to insufficient current, so it seems like the power delivery in this machine is lacking. This has been a nightmare for me as I got it primarily for audio work and secondarily for gaming. If you need this for audio, please look elsewhere.

The colors pop out very well. I tried to keep this device however, there are other unbearable issues: 1- Substandard quality for the price; the plastic chassis is awful and doesnt feel premium. 2- Coil whine is just not acceptable. Much better quality control is needed. 3- Amoury crate is buggy; constant flicker when opened even after trying multiple suggestions online to fix it. The software crashes every now-and-then especially when trying Aura wallpaper.
