Bad handling

I’m on my second return for this computer, however, and I’m starting to realize most of the issues are due to poor handling. The first one had a perfect screen, but had hardware issues. The second one has horrible back light bleed. I’m starting to notice that the boxes these things come in don’t protect the computer too well, and both shipments had slightly crushed boxes. This isn’t a QC problem, this is diffinately a palletization and handling problem. Hopefully, if you buy this, you get one from the top of the pallet that hasn’t been abused too much, because you’re most likely going to have backlight bleed and hardware issues if it has.

This laptop has terrible random stutters while gaming. Sometimes the computer completely locks up if switching between built-in graphics card and discrete graphics card and/or while switching tabs. 2. Typing comments and messages has a noticeable lag to it randomly on facebook and youtube. 3. I have had an issue with the power cord saying its not properly plugged in since day one, it'll constantly flash with a black screen saying its unplugged or plugged in etc despite me never once moving it from its desk and the cord being completely and properly inserted with plenty of slack. 4. The screen on this laptop was a huge adjustment and to be quite honest it sucks, it has terrible backlight bleed and because of the aspect ratio you're stuck with black bars on the top and bottom of most games. It also has the most widely inaccurate colors of any monitor I've ever seen and it took me a combination of weeks adjusting the values of the monitor and letting my eyes adjust to the screen. Last but not least I caution you to not make the same mistake I did. I tried to love this computer so much because of the written specs that I waited too long and put up with too many issues for the price that now I cant return it and I'm stuck with a computer I paid $2800 for that is progressively getting worse over a period of months and not any better than my 4 year old asus rog with half the specs.

I wasn't able to increase or decrease the brightness and was losing fps while gaming after 3 days of use, so I had to return the laptop and get a new one.
