Ive had it for about 8 months, its a great gaming laptop. I feel like i can play whatever i want with higher frame rates, good responsiveness, and good colors. Its bit loud, in fact my roommate said it sounds like a jet taking off when playing more demanding games haha. But i kind of expected that the device needs to stay cool. Overall a great product for my introduction to PC gaming.

Great performance for the price and screen was good. It is huge though and definitely not easy to just throw in the bag and go. Can play every game max setting

Very solid laptop for gaming and anything else I need to do. You do have to watch the battery life but it is geared to performance so you may have to tweak the settings but it was to be expected.

I am replacing an older model and had to take the plunge to get an updated laptop after 9 years! Wow thos thing is fast and sweet! Would recommend!

I purchased this laptop for my husband and he LOVESSSS it! He said that the graphics are incredible and it is faster than lightening! No complaints.

This was my first gaming laptop and I am very much happy with my purchase, Asus got me hooked with its slick designs and beautiful display, honestly playing Cyberpunk and Dragons Dogma 2 on is beastie pc is a real treat.

Great laptop for productivity and gaming. I love the screen size, and it is nice that it is matte so that there is no glare in bright rooms or outside. Keyboard is has a surprisingly good click quality and trackpad is actually pretty good. There are a lot of ports, everything you would probably need, except no micro sd or sd card port. The Asus software is actually pretty good too after you get familiar with it. My only negative is that it's design stands out too much as a gaming laptop to bring to work without imo.

Killer laptop 13989HX and 4080 absolutely shred every game I throw at em. Just undervolted the CPU and upgraded to 32gb of ram

I was lucky enough to find this machine in the open-box bin. The price for this beast was a steal to begin with and then I started using it. Man I love this thing, its powerful, looks great and doesn't produce nearly as much fan noise as I expected it might. Another surprise was how good the keyboarding is on this machine, wonderful feedback. I hooked it up to a 2k 144hz monitor and love it, maybe my building days are over...

Excellent gaming laptop. Runs everything at high graphics. For me it’s perfect because I’m traveling all the time and can play my games anytime anywhere.

If youre looking for a powerhouse gaming laptop, then I would highly recommend this amazing ROG. I was originally going to buy the Lenovo I9, I had ordered it back in December and it kept getting the ship date pushed until I had finally had enough and bought the ROG STRIX 18 instead. I haven't had any lag in my gaming experience and the video quality is amazing, a small amount of backlight bleed through on the screen but all in all not a big deal. Highly recommended 10/10!!

I use this machine everyday for gaming and love it! I updated the RAM myself to 32GB and it handles any game I through at It. ASUS is the ONLY gaming computer I buy, Have loved them for years.

I'd give 5 stars but one of the RAM modules was loose and had to take to a local tech to re-seat the RAM. For the money I don't think you can get a nicer laptop. The screen is awesome. Gaming does burn through the battery pretty fast, but that's probably pretty normal when playing modern games. I really like the feel of the keyboard. Best laptop I've ever owned.

Great performance for a laptop, great looking display with a high refresh rate

This computer has excellent performance and value, but there are a few issues that I had to return mine. The screen bleed is significant, and the coil whine is loud on the keyboard fan, but not on the CPU and GPU fans. There is a significant lag when opening games, requiring switching from integrated to dedicated graphics, which takes around 3-5 seconds each time. This is despite upgrading to WD SN850X SSDs. There is also micro-stuttering during gameplay, which is very annoying. Overall, this computer is a great choice for those looking for a powerful and affordable option. However, the issues I experienced may be a dealbreaker for some.

Performance is great. Back light bleed only noticeable when on a completely black screen, which doesnt matter at all. Looks great while on desktop and gaming.

I am starting college soon as an engineering major and needed a powerful laptop. Found this beast for an amazing price compared to others with the same price. Asus has the most powerful laptops on the market and this version lives up to that and even at a budget. Performs well in all games on max. Cpu is insane everything will load quickly. The 1Tb storage is a little small but there is another Gen 4 SSD slot. All in all this is an amazing laptop.

Was looking to replace my M16 Zephyrus 3070ti for something of the same spec but stumbled upon this beast. They had one that was open box, less couple of dollars basically I just bought this one at the same price as my M16 but waaay more powerful!! I could record and stream at 1440p with no problems and still have an avg of 100+ fps with the 12GB 4080!! Planning to upgrade the ram. ROG all the way! Planning to get the SCAR series for my next one.

Great laptop. Nice big screen. Very easyvto upgrade the memory to 64gb and replace the 1tb ssd for 2 x 4tb m2 drives.
