I bought this product for my boyfriend's computer, knowing absolutely nothing about it. The staff was beyond helpful in giving me some education and assuring me that the product would be perfect for what we needed it for. My boyfriend loves it and it persuaded me to buy more products to go with it!

I did a build with this MB and all I could get was a black screen. Turns out you have to update all the drivers which you can't do without being in windows. Even after I upgraded the bios it still was a black screen. After much research I was lucky enough to find I had onboard graphics so I finally got into windows only to find I had no lan drivers either. Had to hook up ethernet cable to get internet service finally the asus driver program opened up and fixed all the problems. Should a person building their first computer (which I was not) really have to figure all this out. The MB works great after you do all of the above no complaints with the quality but geez can't you make it easier than that.

This motherboard was a great choice for my build with the current gen options provided for future proofing. However my only complaint is that the “quick release clips” aren’t that good and made of cheap plastic and one has already broke off. It still holds my GPU very snug and tight but it bothers me for the price I paid for it to have broken like that in 2 days from purchasing. You cannot see it broken but I know it’s there and it’s bothersome

Excellent MB. Loads of USB C and A ports. Easy BIOS. Con: You have to download the ethernet drivers from another computer onto a USB stick. This is the only MB ever, that I had to download ethernet drivers. it will not connect to the internet via ethernet or Wi-Fi until you download drivers.

Have spent easily over 30+ hours of trouble shooting with parts I got just to figure out the board itself is bad. Has barely been 3 weeks and the mobo is getting hung up on the DRAM led on cold boots now. I was literally just using it today turned it off and now nothing. All the parts I have in the PC work on my personal rig but when tossed in on this board… Nada. Don’t spend the cash to get a white board with a bit of RGB and a bunch of issues. Just get something reliable. From removing the CMOS battery for 20 minutes to booting with a single stick of ram (in the correct slot mind you) to even reseating the CPU not one thing worked. Horrific amounts of time wasted on this hunk of junk. Get a reliable board! I am personally going to migrate to gigabyte and hope to god their quality control is better. Thanks for reading my angry review at 4 in the morning. That’s how much this bothered me. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING!
