Wants you to get a usb download software from another laptop or computer to install on this motherboard. Then still wouldnt work after trying so many times. Brought it back to the store to get a cheaper and easier to use board. Highly unrecommended..!!

We do understand your disappointment with this motherboard and the inconvenience this may have caused if you need to install the WLAN driver manually. Windows 11 requires an internet connection to complete the initial OS setup, and Windows default driver doesn't work. To resolve this, the WLAN driver posted at: https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b850-a-gaming-wifi/helpdesk_download/ needs to be installed manually from a USB drive. Brand new in box, so it wasnt a great experience. I would not take a chance again to spend as much money and time as I did and then find out the warranty isn’t through Best Buy either
