Nice laptop, but it has some weakness

First, I have to turned back because in 3 hours frozen 3 times and went to a complete black out the screen and then I had to wait for almost 3 week to had replaced. The mouse it is not well designed you don't know when you press the right or left.

I've spent more time on the phone with Best Buy & Geek Squad than I have on the computer. I am not a casual computer user. It's required for daily work responsibilities. For the most part, the computer itself seems to be OK . The number pad is laid out differently than those I've had prior. The up & down keys are on number keys & I haven't figured that out yet. It's not FN + key or Control + key. The volume adjustment is buried. The primary adjustment is just up & down. 100% is not enough to listen to a movie or TV show. I've been told there are more advanced adjustments but, I haven't found them, yet. Getting the data & programs transferred has been problematic. I had to take it back to the store to get additional drivers installed.

There is little space on the C drive. I download all I can onto the D drive, but some things have to go on the C and it fills up too quickly.

I won't lie I like the LED lights under the keyboard. If I'm working I leave them red. But fun if watching music videos or listening to music and have them change to the beat. GREAT LAPTOP!!!!!!!!
