The feel of this keyboard is great, all the keys worked - but there was an audible hum anytime it was plugged in. I suppose it wouldn't be an issue if I had music turned up, but I was using this for my work computer and the hum was very distracting. I tried changing USB ports, turning the keycap lights off - but the buzzing sound was still there.

He loved it until the space bar started to stick after about 3 days. Best Buy took it back quickly with no questions asked. I’d give the store 5 stars if rating separately.

It’s a great looking keyboard but...

If you have an alternative keyboard, please try to use it and see if that one sticks.
If that is not the case, ASUS provides warranty coverage in order to fix or repair any product that may stop working prematurely under normal usage.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.as for the keycaps when you want to replace it make sure you have the right size or get a full size keycaps since the left key "Ctrl" is slightly larger it takes up the space for your spacebar therefore when you replace to a better keycaps, the spacebar will not fit. i replaced mine with ydmk pbt doubleshot keycaps and I love it except for that spacebar that i cannot replace.
