Her professor recommended more of a gaming PC for what the course requires. The PC itself was fine except for one thing. The wifi wouldn't work. We paid the extra for 2 years of support. She is out of state, so she went to a Best Buy close to the college. The Geek Squad guy told her it was a "finicky wifi adapter". She would have to download the driver to make it work. I asked her how often this happens...she said every time she turns it on. Unacceptable for the cost of this PC. We had to purchase a USB wifi adapter as a work around.

My laptop is in Windows 11 home, all drivers are updated. AMD Radeon Graphic driver is failed all the time on running and updating. It cannot handle the heat and have been extremely glitchy why I trying to play COD - which is not expected from a laptop with all the specs like this. It does not work really well with application required Graphic card. I wonder if it is just my laptop being weird or it's the same for others or not ...

Whenever this happens, the windows hello fingerprint in windows settings says "This option is currently unavailable". Now for most people this won't be too much of an issue but personally I really enjoy using fingerprint scanners and this really gets on my nerves. More often than not, my system doesn't recognize my fingerprint scanner so it stops working.
