I've been able to play all my games on max. I am having no heat issues and very quit fan noise. My only issue is the fact that I bought a package and was supposed to get a free game, never happened. Asus repeatedly told me they would send me a code but never did. Best buy told me it's on them even though I bought it at best buy. I was in constant contact with Asus, once a week for 5 straight months until I finally gave up. Best buy, dont package games with Asus

I purchased this for my husband. I have to say he loves it! We were hesitant of the price at first and was going to go with the 1070. I am pleased we went with the 1080. Worth every penny.

Not just for World of Warcraft. This is the best gaming laptop you can buy without a custom configuration. And you can do homework on it too.

This laptop has been exceptional. My needs for a portable powerhouse also required something truly easy to move around and this is one of only two laptop on the market and the only one carried here that has the required specs. Portable enough to carry around like a regular laptop, only about 0.7 in thick, and powerful enough to play modern games at even 4K resolution. The majority of the time I am using this laptop for professional support, but the 144 Hz panel is a game changer even with the simplest of tasks. The keyboard takes some getting use to especially when being used on your lap, cooling design is a little unrefined due to the flimsy flap that opens underneath the unit, and battery life is quite bad(around 2 hr regular use) but that is expected from a laptop that doesn’t have Nvidia Optimus to switch to intel hd graphics for regular use and a 6 core i7. Long story short, nothing compares to the power in almost ultra book sized frame, but for extended use I’d recommend bringing along the medium sized power adapter and the included wrist rest to make the keyboard easier to type on.

This laptop is thin and improved on most of the issues of last gen. This beast has 6 cores now and literally handles anything you throw at it. Asus also added some more features like being able to control fan speed with just a hotkey and made the computer so much faster then last gen as well. Overall really impressed with the design and features of this laptop
