Bought this laptop because I saw it in spiderman and I wanted to be like tom holland. kidding (but not really, he gets that zendussy for sure). laptop is great for video editing 4k content, which is my main use for the laptop. Aside from it getting lretty hot, love everything this laptop has to offer.

Love it ,just gets really hot fast but really good

Numerous issues throughout the 2-3 years I used it, and absolutely unsupported by both parties. In fact, be wary of the agreement between Asus and Best Buy that allowed Asus to refuse to honor any warranty work stating that it was Best Buy's responsibility. Best Buy stated the same thing. I will be unlikely to ever purchase another Asus product and will certainly not purchase one from Best Buy. The unit is absolutely gorgeous but feels wholly unfinished. In my usage the device has had everything from freezing, to boot loop issues to numerous driver and compatibility issues. All unresolved on the current Duo's. The second screen is a fantastic idea that more laptops should offer. Just don't buy one from Asus. You'll end up with a $3,000 brick that Asus will do nothing about.
