the computer was better then expected fast and powerful was a much needed upgrade very glad i chose this computer

upgraded from a old HP and couldn't be happier zero issues so far battery last a decent time.

I bought this laptop with high expectations but ended up disappointed. Lots of ghosting on screen which is not ideal for FPS gaming. My unit kept freezing and the audio was distorted. On the flip side, this laptop was super fast, speakers were really great, and the form factor was good too. Maybe it was just my unit that crapped out on me but my experience with it was average. I went and returned it for a Nitro5.

I purchased this laptop for my son. He is very pleased with his laptop and it performs just as he needs it to.

Ill say i had an issue but it was my own fault a weird issue where I couldn’t click anything in the task bar but I uninstalled NVIDIA and installed AMD Adrenaline drivers n the issue is gone. Anyways absolutely love the graphics i can run basically anything i want withe the few upgrades I bought like 2tb ssd and the 16gb crucial ballistics ram card. the external gpu case is shipping right now I recommend this to anyone that wants to get into PC gaming you won’t regret this as your starter

Decent starter laptop for my daughter. Build quality seems ok but I've generally had good luck with asus products.

This is an amazing gaming laptop, I love everything this computer has I really enjoy using it for gaming.

No issues so far. To give an Idea on how powerful it is, it can run Microsoft Slight Simulator 2020

This laptop is great fir gaming! The laptop has a great aesthetic and great components for this price range.

I was looking for a normal office laptop which can also double up as a mid range gaming laptop. There are not too many options like that on the market, and when I came across this I immediately grabbed it. Unfortunately for all the specs and nice design, it seems ASUS put in the bare minimum effort to get it up and running. It kept crashing, which I eventually sort of fixed by downloading and installing an older set of AMD graphics drivers (from 04/20, just in case you need it too). Battery life was poor and fans were too loud. I eventually custom throttled the processor, and its sort of alright now. My laptop came with a bad keypad (seemed like it had not been placed properly). I contacted ASUS directly but was told to send it in for repair. I can work with it, and since I had already traded in my previous laptop sending in was not an option. Overall given a chance again I will pass on ASUS.

My daughters has enjoyed using this for basic gaming like Minecraft. Great purchase!

I've had this laptop for 2 years, this laptop has held up extremely well. I use it for light gaming and college work and business and its held up very well. I love the performance but the best part is the sturdy construction and professional look, it doesn't look like most geeky computers that have similar specs.

Really good laptop the only thing that is bad about it is the RAM and the SSD. It definitely needs upgrades!

Great gaming laptop. The only thing missing is a web cam. It's fast and upgradable, which is a plus.

I’m helping my wife record an eLearning course and this laptop has been perfect for operating the screen capture and video editing software. The fan is ultra quiet compared to a $400 laptop, so I’m surprised there were so many complaints about that. I guess on the fastest setting I would have to edit it out of the videos but even with it in performance mode the videos don’t pick up the sound and the CPU/GPU stay at safe temps.

speed is fast. And the user experiences are superb. Good product at this price.

I'm an Asus fan, so I feel that this pc runs well. You can also program it to run even faster.
