From the moment I powered it on, I was impressed by the stunning 16" OLED QHD display with a 240Hz refresh rate—it makes gaming and content creation incredibly smooth and immersive.

It had the usual dings/scratches on the corners but other than that the laptop was in great condition. After using the laptop for over a week now, the laptop would randomly restart at least once a day while I was watching a video or browsing the web. I tried almost all solutions such as, turning off certain settings, changing out the given battery supply unit, and switching out the ssd. I believe the underlying issue could be with the motherboard. I did everything I could to make this laptop work because it's a great device but the random restarts are frustrating and a nuisance.

Really Nice, Few Issues

It is a lot better to keep it plugged in while gaming for better performance. The only real issue I’ve had is that when loading some games, the display gets messed up, because it says there’s 2 gpus and so there’s 2 display options and it switches for some reason to a worse resolution. The only way for me to fix it is to do a hard reset. Overall though, it’s really great.

I think 1900 would be the sweet spot for this laptop. Just wished it had a 4080 in it. Other than that, it has all the bells and whistles. Enough power for anything you want to do on it, although the fans do get loud running heavy sustained workloads. If price is not a factor for you, then this laptop is a no brainer

But I love the white more like offwhite but looks awesome either way and has enough power for what i need. I use it for light to medium intensity gaming and more graphical apps for work

It's chocked full of all the latest AI processing and although there isn't THAT much AI software, it runs all that is available with aplomb. It's fairly light for the horsepower and the OLED screen is bright (and black) and extremely clear.....noticeably so. The location of type 2 USB ports on both sides makes for easy access to peripherals and the large track pad works well with graphics programs.

Battery basically doubled for me and preformance was a little bit better. Now of course it is a pricey item. But of you get it open box you can get a very good deal. I was lucky to get mine for 1500 good condition

Nonexistent Linux support, decent hardware

It's clear that Asus does not have any interest in being rated well by linux users. I've been using linux for 15 years, and have always had a working computer same day. This laptop took 4 days of painful effort to get it working "good enough" which would be unacceptable if it didn't have such a gorgeous display. The audio took a couple of more days to get working, which once I did get the audio working, it has a very refined sound and definitely beats any laptop speakers I've used previously. Literally if it had a less desirable display, this computer would have been immediately exchanged for something that was made by a company holding a higher opinion of their customers.
