    Too many issues with the software transfer. Still learning to adjust my expectations of deleting emails. Sound is not as good as on ENVY computer that I transfered data from.

    So far I am happy of this purchase. This is my fourth Asus laptop. Very pleased about how thin it is compared to the previous versions. Love the large screen.

    I purchased this laptop and absolutely loved it! 75 days into owning it and the wireless card quit working. Just 15 days beyond the 60 day guarantee that Best Buy honors so now have a $1,500 paper weight.... If it wasnt for that, I would say it would have been a great computer.

    hello! the computer came with the wifi and blutotooh board without connection. I tried to fix it with technicians but there is no solution. I have been unable to use my computer for more than a year.
