I mean other than having to upgrade my BIOS straight from the get-go this is been a great motherboard very nice I love Asus products every motherboard I've owned has been Asus but this is my first to tuf edition and i will say its been grsat

Great motherboard with plenty of ports to plug everything I need in. Only issue I had was one of the SATA ports broke off extremely easily- but since there are multiple it wasnt the end-all-be-all for my build.

Defective product, Best Buy not helpful

Received a damaged product, which was incredibly disappointing. I purchased it several weeks before my son’s birthday since it was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, by the time we opened the box and discovered the issue, we were outside of Best Buy’s 14-day return window. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do. Although the motherboard includes a three-year manufacturer warranty, Best Buy would not assist with the process or stand behind the product they sold. That experience left me questioning the value of purchasing through Best Buy at all. In the end, I had to buy another motherboard out of pocket, and this time I ordered through Amazon. Based on this experience, I’ll likely continue shopping elsewhere in the future.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, this is a random problem. Indeed, ASUS provides three year warranty coverage for the motherboard, if the product was purchased brand-new. Typically, third-party vendor or reseller does provide replacement for faulty product per their terms or replacement policy. We recommend you send the motherboard in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service.
