Completely satisfied with the knowledge, courtesy and efficiency of the salesman who handled my purchase. Only problem I encountered was the printer port, which I had to purchase an adapter for. I was not told this before.

I recently had to replace a 2020 HP PC. This ASUS was an open box item at my local Best Buy. First thing that struck me about it was how lightweight it is to carry. Same exact specs as the PC that died, and it runs fast and clean for less than half of what I paid for its predecessor. The salesman was fast and accurate. Excellent purchase experience, financing was easy, and I'm very happy with this PC even though it is a brand I've never purchased or used before.

My son loves it & it so much faster! I would recommend it to all of my family!

I haven't had this desktop very long but so far, so good. It is fast, as expected for a new machine. It is incredibly quiet! I hesitate to give it 5 stars only because it is so new

the item asus computer was delivered as promised. the unit was exactly as advertised. the unit operated /started up with no problems. it was a good value compared to other stores. very satisfied with the computer and best buy. the computer also had a good warranty compared to refurbished computers.

Efficient for work, nothing from another worlds but is more than okay for office tasks. 10/10
