The only negative I have is I wish the hadn't put the number pad on the mouse pad otherwise this a wonderful laptop and worth the purchase price.

It’s fast with the Intel Core i7, handles multitasking easily with the 12GB memory, and the 512GB SSD makes everything load quickly. The 14” Full HD screen looks super clear, and it’s lightweight enough to take anywhere. Great for both work and everyday use!

I made the switch from apple to this and it's pretty good so far. It doesn't sound like it's about to take off and doesn't get hot much. Easy to maneuver through and gets the job done for turning in assignments and such. Would recommend. It has a lot of memory which is a must.

No games of any kind. This laptop is fine for me. I chose it for mostly modern CPU and OS. Hopefully not archaic too soon. A couple of bummers: can't use Windows Hello facial recognition for sign in. Oddball charger, not a standard configuration like USB-C. For me, the lack of a touchscreen is a blessing, but YMMV.

The 12gig memory allows me to upload/download items quickly as well as move from one item to another. The keyboard is quiet and the graphics are crisp. Excellent computer for the price.

Asus Laptop -Just what I needed for my application

Needed a laptop for tradeshows to be used with a monitor. (1st laptop I purchased didn't have the correct connections for the monitor) Easy to set up, nice screen. Was able to add the information I needed in a matter of minutes. Lightweight so it will be nice to carry to trade shows. I do miss a touch screen at time, but at the price I purchased that is a sacrifice. At this time no issues.

But for me, the screen was almost unusable, any slight angle from direct causes it to wash out immediately.

Only gripes are with the permanently displayed num pad on the track pad, I just find it visually displeasing, and the ASUS notifications can be kind of annoying though not terribly frequent. A good laptop overall. Runs well.

Everything has been smooth. The OS did not come with tons of bloat software. The only issue I can see is the battery life could be much better than it is, but charge time is quick so it's not too bad.

I was looking for a limited use and price. This was a perfect blend for my needs. Good storage and memory. Setup was easy and I really liked the number incorporated with the mouse pad. I would recommend it anyone who has a limited budget and want a practical laptop.
