I will admit I'm not a "techy", but I've been incredibly happy with this laptop. It's a little heavy, but not too bad. I really like having the numeric keypad and backlit keys. Would definately recommend.

I loved it so much i bought this updated version that no longer has middle piece. I play some gamss so 256k ssd no enough memory so very glad to have the the 1tb

I would have given this 5 stars had it not been for the poor battery life and the speaker especially on zoom calls. Before I made this purchase I asked an agent the life of the battery and was told it lasts for 8 hours and then today the battery was fully charged and when I hover over the battery with my mouse pointer it say 5 hours. How disappointing. I asked another agent about the battery life and he told me 6 hours. And that that information he gave me came directly from the manufacture. Well the manufacture LIED. Not to mention the speakers which are something else.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience if the battery is discharging faster than normal and the poor audio quality during Zoom calls.
In order to improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used. In regards to the sound quality, please check if internet service or connection is stable since poor internet connection will definitely affect the quality of the audio and the video, as well.

Great price and great storage capacity

The one terabyte 2nd drive is great. It does have touch screen and Bluetooth. One major downside is the speaker volume is very low at max volume. I use a external Bluetooth speaker.

It comes with a 1 TB harddrive and 256 SSD. I can install two OSes on each drive.

It's not a bad laptop, especially considering the price and its design (which is sleek and cool), it's just not for someone like me who needs more computing power.
