PRICE WAS EXCELLANT AND THE PC PERFORMS WELL I UPGRADED THE MEMORY TO 12 GIG. RUNS FAST

Easy to set up. Backlit keyboard was a bonus. Plenty of storage and speedy processor.

Bought this as an open box item for a great price. Fast and easy to use.

This broke down after one year of use. It had a problem with HDD.

So far I am satisfied with this laptop. I would prefer a longer battery life. I chose ASUS because my last laptop (which I purchased in 2012) is an ASUS and has served me well. It still works, just slow and the battery went a long time ago

Good laptop for the price i have not really put it to its full potential but overall what i have done with it it is holding up with the graphics i have done with it. The one issue i have with it battery doesnt last long doing graphic

So far the laptop has been excellent. SSD makes the laptop start in about 5 seconds. Battery lasts for around 4 hours of heavy use with a full charge. My work from home laptop. So far its fast, sleek design and the 10-key is always helpful which is great because they dont usually come on these types of smaller laptops

Great purchase! I got this laptop because the touch screens and backlight keyboards charge an extra 300 for those who have them and well in the description it said it’s didn’t have touch or backlight so I thought it would save me money. When I got it it had touch and backlight from the keyboard so thanks Best Buy for that !!! I love my computer

Laptop is fast, light and perfect for school. The graphics are great also.

Great light laptop with plenty of storage. Wanted something light weight with plenty of HDD space and RAM that I could take with me on work trips and wouldn't be too bulky on an airplane. Stays charged several hours and is very quick! Even better Bestbuy dropped the price by $100 dollars after I bought it and they refunded me the difference!

LOVE this computer. I had a reconditioned laptop that was at least 10 years old, so high time for a replacement. Love the backlit keyboard and it is just all around awesome. Touch screen spoils me and when I go to our other computer, I find myself tapping on the screen, to no avail. I am very happy with this purchase, price, delivery, color!

I have had this laptop for a month now. The battery last 3-4 hours. The laptop charge in an hour. The laptop has touchscreen and backlit keyboard. Very past processing. I would recommend this over my other Lenovo and HP laptops.

This is my second ASUS, the first was an i5 and loved it. Had it for about 5 years before i bought this one an i7. It handles anything i throw at it

Love this laptop! Boots up quickly and smoothly transitions from program to program. Great display and responsive keyboard. I've always bought Asus and was surprised the Palm Desert store I purchased this at only had one Asus on display. Salesperson said that Asus doesn't pay Best Buy to display their products so they really don't promote Asus that much. He tried to push other items on me but of course none were in stock. I asked what Asus product was in stock and low and behold plenty...so I bought this one. Definitely worth the money! Don't hesitate to buy this laptop.
