Laptop is simple, sleek, and very fast to use for daily personal communication and financial management. I was not looking for a "gaming" laptop but our criteria of having an RJ45 connection (Internet cable ready) led us to this Asus laptop, which is advertized for gaming use with focus on graphic capabilities. I did notice a difference in viewing music videos that have 3D-enhanced features (2021 Halftime show, for example), which I surely don't mind. Looking forward to using the laptop for music, photos and videos playback and editing for sure.

My battery dies real fast after a full charge and my volume is not very loud all the time. still trying to figure out how to find pictures I down loaded. I don't understand why I bought a windows product when all that runs is Microsoft Edge which I really don't understand. Can't find how to run Chrome and Windows without Microsoft edge or if I can even do that. Just very confused on how all this works. I also don't understand what one drive update cloud thing is. I did not receive a owners manual that should tell me what all the upper keys do nd what different programs do. Would really like one.

Great computer would have given 5 star but at the time when i was comparing with other laptops... I pulled the trigger on this one for one reason.... On the spec's it stated it had a touch screen..( IT DOSENOT ) i have noticed that someone changed it now..! ( i have a screen shot) Not happy. Not sure if i will trust Best Buy's Specks in the future .... I do understand simple mistakes.... After contacting customer service the gentleman was very helpful and told me I could just return it ... but I am sure that was an option in the first place...

It states it's a TOUCHSCREEN in two places on the description, but it is NOT a touchscreen! So if that is what you are looking for this is not the laptop for you! Low rating is due to misleading you to buy this product.

THIS IS A VERY STURDY AND GOOD COMPUTER, HAVENT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IT, SINCE I BROUGHT IT, IT WAS DEF WORTH THE MONEY.

Great laptop, has everything you need. Great speed and storage.

This is NOT a touchscreen as specified TWICE in the description!!!! Don't know how well the computer will perform. The poor rating is for Best Buy for selling as a touchscreen when it isn't and didn't want someone else to make that same mistake.

Every few minutes, it gave us a blue screen. It was returned immediately.

a year and a half later can still run at least 2 adobe programs and genshin impact at the same time with no problems, display is great, bios time has not increased, would kiss it on the mouth if i could
