This was a good purchase with one exception: one of the memory cards was not upgradeable because it was hard-soldered in..., this was a concern, but it did take a 16 in the other slot to bring it up to 24GB total

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for work that’s is what use it mainly for , battery life can be better though but I have it at my desk always charging so that’s not a issue for me but for someone who constantly has it portably it tends to run out of charge in less than a day other than that I have had no problems with it , it’s quick and responsive and for a average price now a days not too expensive and not too cheap.

A very good laptop

While it came with Windows 11, replacing Windows 10 her preferred version, after some settings adjustments she has been generally happy with the new Asus. The unwanted popups that come with the Win 11 installation and the initial setup process that took hours to complete may put off some new or inexperienced users. The only minor issue I have noticed is the smooth finish of the laptop picks up every finger print.
