While it came with Windows 11, replacing Windows 10 her preferred version, after some settings adjustments she has been generally happy with the new Asus. The unwanted popups that come with the Win 11 installation and the initial setup process that took hours to complete may put off some new or inexperienced users. The only minor issue I have noticed is the smooth finish of the laptop picks up every finger print.

I end up under volt to use the laptop without issue. However I was told that it's possible that thermal paste need to reapply. After the thermal paste reapply and in BIOS reset itself and that's where I found out that the laptop was in overlock the whole time! do double check your BIOS!

Played Sims 4 on it and it runs smoothly. Only complaint I'd have is that the battery only lasts a couple hours of use before I have to charge it. Great for the price though.

However, I wouldn’t recommend buying this at full price for the amount of issues I’ve come across. For starters, the battery doesn’t last long. I don’t watch video or play games, so there no reason that the battery should be below the halfway point within 3 hours. This laptop being larger made it difficult to find a good protective case. Lastly, when I’m typing the keyboard either lags or registers one keystroke as two or three so there are many mistakes when typing.

Works great for all my school work and I have 0 issues with speed. Only thing I wish is that the battery lasted a little longer.
