    Battery or charger issue after just a few months

    This one seems to be charging well. The previous one we bought in this same model is losing it's charge too fast after only a few months of real use. We took it back to Geek Squad, who sent it to ASUS, who said there was nothing wrong with it. I love this unit, other than the charging issue.

    The computer is busy trying to sell Microsoft products, and blocking installing other programs. A terrible product so far

    Asus problems

    I just bought the laptop less than a month ago. I have only been using it for adobe illustrator. A week ago I got a blue screen error. Then the computer wouldn’t fully turn on with the keyboard lit and black screen. It started working again for a few days, but then started doing the black screen again. I got it to turn on and checked everything, updated bios and graphics, ran diagnostics which said nothing was wrong. Right after I get the blue screen again. Turned on and off and now back to the black screen It’s a brand new laptop having these major issues already I had an hp for years and never had these problems

    The camera and finger print scanner stopped working withing a week. Gets the job done for my work but craps out fast and battery life is horrible.

    Not at all happy with this laptop. Screen keeps going black all the time. Big pain in the butt! Always liked ASUS but i think their products are going down hill.

    Problems upon first start up. Audio was a mess and needed to be reconfigured for zoom/google meet calls. On day 14, powered on but screen was black. Recommendations to fix it via google search did nothing. Returned. Very disappointed as previous Asus worked great.

    Hard Drive Crashed after 2 months. JUNK

    Owned this laptop for 2 months 7 days, the hard drive has crashed! ASUS wont replace it and Best Buy wont provide a refund. Repair is unacceplable for a 2 month old laptop. Never again

    One year and three months later and a full battery charge doesn't last longer than 1 hour. I regret buying this laptop.
