    Computer with little use does not start

    I ordered it a couple of months ago, I used it three times and it suddenly turned off. The computer does not start, although the keyboard lights do turn on and the fans sound very loud. I was sold a defective device. I do not recommend it.

    I was made to pay $343 or something that I don’t even have and it went through your system through your bank and they told me I didn’t have a bill but they still charged me $29 and I wasn’t able to get a laptop on cyber Monday I think this is a bunch of bull crap and you may never get my business again.
