Don’t listen to the uninformed. This laptop supports more that 32 GB of RAM. I am currently running it with 48 GB (the original 16 GB stick plus an additional 32 GB stick). I also replaced the solid state m.2 drive with a 2 TB disc. This thing is a beast, even before the upgrade. The i7 13th gen processor cuts trough my complex Excel files about twice as fast as my old computer. Also, this laptop runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11, but of course Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 10 soon. Touchpad is responsive which I really like. Battery can be replaced by removing the bottom cover if needed. I like that this laptop comes with an empty RAM slot. Trying to think of any complaints…wish it had an Ethernet port so I don’t have to use my USB adapter. That’s about it.

Easy to set up. Light weight, good battery life, inexpensive … Very happy with the laptop.

best ever...this is my 2nd Asus...my first one was still in great working condition...it was very old...it served me well...replaced it only because of microsoft required it...got a great price by ordering it from a warehouse...so very pleased

Purchased this computer for Mothers Day and she loves it. Extremely smooth setup and helpful information for her in the MyAsus app. Definitley reccomend this computer for loved ones that need a no nonsense work machine that gets the job done and looks good doing it. Not to mention exceptional value and performance for the price.

This laptop died 8 days after purchasing it. I brought it back and they confirmed it was completely dead. They asked if I wanted to replace it and I said no, I am not going to try another asus laptop.
