The screen is really where its at, just great. Other specs are decent, not great, not bad
Got this thing as a gift for my wife. She needed a work laptop and this was on sale but had much better specs than similarly priced laptops, especially considering it has a 3k OLED screen. Really surprised at how much we both like the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, as a PC nerd I was skeptical but it really is a nice little processor. I am not sure I would pay full price but considering I got it for essentially half price I was very happy with my purchase.

Great screen. Responsive overall. No heat issues on lap. Non standard keyboard layout provides most keys found on full size kb, but requires substantial amount of looking for the correct key. Snap dragon processor seems more than adequate for "office" type work. Not tested it on mining for bit coin or even large spreadsheets.

Would be a great laptop, but Windows 11 ARM lacks support for basic features. In the future, these issues will be fixed and updated but as of now this item was not the best option for a versed windows user.

Maybe standards in the PC industry have eroded in the last decade or so but this laptop is a big disappointment to me. To start with, I understood the keyboard to be backlit. But it's not. there is decorative illumination *around* the keys, but the characters on the keys themselves are not lit up at all. So it's kind of like using little xmas tree lites as a work light. Not good at all. Then trying to to install existing software which runs on my desktop and other laptop is a problem here because of the skimpy Windows OS setup. For example Adobe Photoshop Elements, which I have running on a Win10 laptop & a Win11 desktop, to me a day and a half to get installed because of DLL files missing in the common OS library. Now it's installed but waiting for me to change some Windows security settings to get running. I wish I had returned it within the 15 day return window.

I purchased this just for my entertainment which is 100/100. Oled display is a crisp. Surprisingly I installed few programing apps and its still very smooth.

This laptop is very powerful as well as very efficient. I’ve been using it as my main laptop for studying and it lasts nearly the whole day. It’s fast and zippy. If there’s one thing I don’t like about it, it’s that not all computer programs are compatible with it right now. However, you can download some of those programs from the Microsoft App Store. It’s also smaller than I thought it would be, but the screen is quite big.

I was told by the seller that this was a touch screen. It is not. It ran well for the few minutes i used it and looked like it had good graphics but i needed a touch screen and that's what i had asked for initially. Im sure it's a great computer, just not the one for me.

This ASUS Vivo Book S15 is presenting some issues unlike the previous ASUS laptops I have used. The computer suddenly freezes and bring it back to work is quite a challenge. Further, from time to time, the track pad stops working. I am wondering if I should give 3 or 4 stars.
