One of the problems I have is the screen quality. I am surprised that this screen doesn't look much better than the Sony Vaio I purchased over 10 years ago. Also, the number pad lock key doesn't light up when it's on which is very confusing. The customer service is terrible. The customer service is terrible. They don't take care of problems instead just not returning emails. Customer service is definitely an essential part to consider when you purchase a product. It is very disappointing.

Does not have a touchscreen, but we did not care for the feature so it was not an issue - just wanted everyone to be aware.
