Big Hard Drive w/ decent graphics
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was fortunate enough to purchase this last week when Best buy had it on sale , even not on sale its a good machine. I was edging to a chromeback but very glad i got a real machine. The only thing is you got to remove as much of the bloatware ' programs your not gonna run or need ' and now its almost as fast as my desktop . all in all for a budget laptop it exceeds the average and i like the form and screen very much.

I purchased it for light internet browsing and to use DesignSpace for my Cricut. The computer loads everything incredibly slowly, the mouse lags, it freezes constantly. I’ve made sure Windows is up to date, I’ve restarted when it’s slow, nothing works. I’ve been trying to stick it out, but I’m likely going to return it for something that is actually functional.

To remain the optimal performance, please go to ASUS official support website to download the latest drivers. You can also try disabling any unnecessary programs from startup. Also, try restarting the notebook or check the disk space and make room if needed. In order to make room you can uninstall any apps that you do not use or even empty your recycling bin constantly. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 of these. One went back within a month for a bad hard drive and is now back for internal power failure problems. Second unit is about to go back due to hard drive failing and other problems.

I certainly understand your disappointment with the quality of the product and the inconvenience this may have caused you. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, these are random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or, part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.
