If you need a basic router, go for it, if you need a high end gaming router, I wouldn't unless you pair it with a brilliant wireless adapter.

Easy set up

The one I have is the model higher than this and this does the job for him and his kids. They don't do what I do, gaming while streaming and/or surfing the web. Yes I am a very heavy user with loads of wifi devices at my house. For my friend who has about 10 wifi devices, this was a good fit for him

After installing the Asus, I could visualize using the Android app were my issues were. With it bigger processor, the Asus overcame the issues and has not crashed yet despite the large amount of multiple file transfers i do.

It's wireless signal did not reach this area. Installed this item and now Laptops and Smart TV receives ample and solid signal. Works perfectly!
