    I had a hard time getting this set up. It turned out to be something with my laptop -- but it was hard to get to that "solution" because I had such a hard time understanding the techs trying to help me. I had to speak with a third person before I was able to understand what I was being asked and how to respond. Otherwise, since the set up everything seems to be functioning well.

    I returned as it didn't get any further than the Xfinity modem. It worked fine within the limited range.
