no manual with laptop....not happy with that...customer service was not helpful either

This laptop is everything you need plus some! No it doesn't have a lighted keyboard or wireless AC but it does everything very well!

Where else could you get a 17 inch laptop with a i 5 processor, 8 gig ram, 1 Tb HD, for under $420 certified. Works great.

I was unsure about purchasing an ASUS but it has turned out to be a great deal. The speed is amazing and it is very user friendly. I feel that this would be a great computer for even a beginner. The screen size and quality is good and is able to be seen from any angle.

I had an i7 laptop that i gave to my boyfriend because i wasn't using it to its full potential. I bought this laptop because it was cheap... Well i can't tell the difference between this and my $800 asus. Other than the cheap feeling plastic body, it's an awesome buy.

I really like the laptop so far and it's been working good for what I'm using for which is editing and uploading videos. One problem I do have is when I use google chrome I get pop ups almost every minute and that never happened on previous laptops I've owned.

The 17 inch screen is great-it offers a lot of perks that I will never use, being computer illiterate, but serves my purpose very well ! So all I can say is that is the best for me- an old girl- who likes to read the news , email, and recipes.

Although there are some key placement differences from my last computer and any of the machines that I am familiar with using Imam pleased with th!e computer and would recommend it. My experience with online ordering was favorable as well.

The product is fine; however, Bust Buy charged me more than the amount agreed when I made the purchase! I spoke to an agent when I placed the order and was given a price I accepted. When the product arrived, I was charged more! Unacceptable!

I love my tablet. The picture is really clear and the speed is incredible. Worth every penny.

We bought this marked down in Best Buys "previously purchased" case. Could have been an online order that was never picked up, who knows? I would recommend taking a look in those cases when making a purchase. Best buy has great deals!

Great picture, easy to use & navigate around. Would recommend for anyone going to college.
