I really like the computer before buying the Asus I had never heard of it. I am impressed the whole item, I have not found anything that I do not like about it.

This is a good laptop battery life decent. ok at video editing. Nothing bad to say about the laptop. Just check the specs make sure this is what you looking for

My only complaint is it doesn't have enough USB ports and there is no light to tell you if the caps lock is on or not

Needed to replace laptop and desktop computers. This fit the bill and also makes it easier to do what I need to do - has great storage for family pictures.

Great price. Great laptop. This laptop is perfect for my needs which are minimal. I wanted a laptop with a good resolution for streaming videos and movies and it does that. Has ample memory and the speed is fast. I hook it up to my 60in vizio and the picture is flawless. I am enjoying my Asus.

The only problem I had with the Asus was the compressed keyboard. I have average size hands and have typed on a computer keyboard, all day for many years. That said, when I tried typing on the Asus PC, I was constantly getting the wrong key on the right had side of the board. The numeric key pad is too close to the alpha keys, which caused a great deal of stress and frustration. Thank you Best Buy for allowing me to return this PC and purchasing a different one.

Pros: nice computer Cons: mouse too far to the left & the computer screen blinks off just once after it has been on for a couple of minutes.

Touchpad Is The Only Drawback To This System They Could Have Given Options To Decrease Sensitivity Probably going to Install Wireless Mouse

For the money you can't get much better. Works great for general browsing and office work. Just don't expect to be playing a lot of games.

Use mainly for Internet. Nice display and fast loading. Touch mouse is a little quirky, but in general okay. Would recommend product.

So far so good. Windows 10 occasional acts up but otherwise a sturdy well built computer. Hate the mouse-pad so use external mouse.

Never heard of ASUS and so far it is working fine... I watch movies and brownie with multiple tabs open and it doesn't slow down.

Simple laptop with enough power so my Mom wouldn't have to upgrade for several years. So far it has been working like a charm.

I have had this Laptop since June 2016. These Laptops have come a long way since I last purchased one. I would highly recommend this one, It works great does everything I need it do. No problems. It can be very confusing for consumers to pick on.

The laptop has been a good value for us. It has performed as expected and at the price, we have considered a good value.

Reasonably happy with comp. Volume keys don't work and spacebar needs to be held a moment before it works, other than that I'm happy with it. Streams movies well. I wish I lived closer to the store of purchase so I could take it in due to problem w/keys. Wish I'd have had the time to do a little research first. Just told salesman what I needed comp for and bought one of the two choices given.

Never heard of it but tried it because of the associate and have found a deep appreciation for this machine. My ASUS Laptop has surprised me with features and functions as well as it's ease of operation. I am glad that I bought it!

I haven't ever bought a new laptop until now. It works quite well, though there are still some issues getting to know it, and the software. The McAfee Antivirus caused some issues using Skype, but it was taken care of by the Geek Squad easily enough. It's a bit heavy for a newer generation laptop, but since my last laptop was even heavier I can't complain too much.

The product Asus computer works great accept for having to download the movie player from the internet

I needed a computer for a back up, really an extra computer when needed. This is perfect for that use.
