    I would not purchase, if I had it to do over. I'm sure it's the computer itself. Most everything, even my email has a delay.

    Great laptop, once you get it set up Next time will have them do that on store... it took forever. Otherwise performance is great.

    This was the first brand new computer I have ever purchased. I have always relied on used or refurbished before this. At first, the machine seemed a bit glitchy, doing some odd things and making a couple of minor but odd noises, but quickly went away. I've had no other problems and this model has ample features for external devices. I'm sure I'll enjoy this device for hopefully many years.

    this is the second Asus laptop i purchased. the first one was an even cheaper model and returned it the next day to purchase this one. the battery life on this computer is terrible. the build quality is a bit flimsy feeling and the performance level is average at best. i will not be buying another asus product any time soon.
