It does everything I want it to do and has exceeded my expectations.

I used to have a very old XP, so getting used to this one has been a little difficult

Purchased two in May at same time. Unable to set up until late June. One works perfectly. Second one not so much. Intermittently blank; black screen,white screen, orange screen. So annoying. ASUS tech support emailed. Suggested hard reset first. If that didn't work, wipe out computer, Return to original factory specs and begin all over. Tried hard reset... no luck... This means all the time spent setting Quickbooks up with multi-user capabilities (which is a time consuming Pain!), will be lost. I so want to like this computer!! It has serious potential to be great. I cannot tell if the issues are with the computer itself or Microsoft Edge. Never know what I will click on that causes it to go blank! Forget control-alt-delete or esc. Have to shutdown and reboot every time! :( Over two thousand $$ (for both) later...disappointed!!

This is the worst computer I have ever had. Didn’t work right from the start. It was fast on start up but was not stable. It would constantly shut down. Especially when going to sleep. I’d be working on a doc and the system would shut down. I contacted ASUS and they were no help. Told me to take the computer back to where I bought it to see if they could fix it. I’m sorry. That’s not why I bought your machine. I bought it to work. So, I packed it up and returned it for an HP. Which has worked perfectly. No issues. I’d save my time and money and buy from a reputable manufacturer that will support you on the phone when you need it. I’m done with ASUS.

I bought this on an open box special and although it wasn’t bad and had good sound quality, I was able to get a 8th gen icore 7 tower, printer, and 27” monitor for $100 more and returned this one

It took me some time to review Products and information on several computers. Then decided that I was going to order the aces all-in-one upgraded package. I ordered it..... the computer took almost 2 weeks to get it when I finally got it I was excited my kids were excited we went to open it plug it in and get started and the screen doesn’t work the whole computer was broke I had to return it on able to exchange it because no other computer was comparable to what I had Ordered online so it was a sucky experience I hate BEST BUY

I purchased this unit yesterday, when it was $999. (I bought the last one in Brooklyn!) Even @ $1099, this AIO PC is still a steal! It's i7-7700hq processor is faster than the 8th generation 8550U processors that power many notebooks. When you're shopping for AIO's, you must get a SSD hard drive, or else your computer will crawl - case and point - the base model iMac. This PC has it all PLUS a great graphics card for gaming. Also, it comes with NO bloatware which means you're up and running in minutes and there are no slowdowns! It's slim and sleek design is great for people with limited space. This ASUS is a no-brainer!

Overall this is an excellent AIO computer. It's a great performer with an excellent design. Like others I encountered an issue with the display refusing to wake up from sleep. After neither Geek Squad or Asus tech support could resolve it I returned it and got a new unit. It had the same issue. Finally I contacted NVIDIA tech support and they solved the issue for me. Pros: 1. Fast booting 2. Applications load very quickly 3. Beautiful matte display - no glare 4. One front access USB port 5. No bloatware installed 6. Decent wireless mouse/keyboard included Cons: 1. No USB - C ports 2. No optical drive

BestBuy didn't have the computer in stock so they delivered it to me in two layers of security tape on the box. Clearly it had been opened and re-packaged. When the keyboard and mouse didn't work, I learned that the dongle was left out of the re-packaging. This is why I usually set up computers in my car before even driving home. Now it's going to be standing in line, probably returning the whole thing, removing the software that I installed using the touch screen. Seriously, a computer shouldn't require a dongle to reach its keyboard anyway. ASUS makes great products. I wish Best Buy could deliver the whole thing.

I have Amazon Prime and have been watching a lot of movies on this machine. Even with my slow DHL download speed, the picture I get on my ASUS all-in-one is movie theater quality. Tasks not dependent on download speed are handled quickly. One problem I had in the beginning was with lengthy Windows 10 update downloads. If I walked away for five minutes, I'd come back to find that the download had failed. The problem was with sleep mode! When it went to sleep, the download quit. Problem was solved by setting sleep mode to Never until download of the most up-to-date build was completed. I also changed the update settings.

GREAT FOR WORK. big screen, and all in one is really good for a small office space.

I have owned an ASUS in the past, and I decided to get another one because of the great quality and reliability I've seen from my previous one. I work at HP for a few years, and have had several HP CPUs, and I promise you none of them touch ASUS. I would purchase this laptop over most any in the store for the money. Incredibly crisp, loaded with features and storage. For you gamers, it will roll with the best, if not surpass, the stock CPUs out there. This is seriously a monster of a machine and I am floored by its performance with such great price. You won't regret this purchase, and you'll never regret an ASUS.

I purchased this unit because of all the great reviews. Maybe they have models with an older bios. The computer will reboot everytime the monitor powers down into sleep mode. It would do it out of the box and after every update you can install. Returned the first one and replacement would do the exact same thing. Computer works fine except you can never let the screen power down. Spent 3 days with ASUS support and its very scripted having you do basic things asking you questions to mess with windows settings. I tried them all until i finally told the tech i wanted an updated bios file or chipset driver to fix the issue. They are shipping the computer with a newer bios than the tech guy can supply. Support was worthless and very upsetting that this is an issue on their end and they want you to waste time and money shipping a defective product back to them that should of never been released in the first place. Best Buy is great and excepted the returned faulty units with no question. Its sad they have to deal with the hassle of getting new units returned when its 100% asus issue. There is another review on amazon that has the exact same problem out of the box.

It wont turn on for good now. Had this happen the day after I set up the computer but somehow I managed to get it on and thought it was just a one time glitch. I called the manufacturer and they said I had to pay for shipping... otherwise it is a nice computer. Luckily I had nothing on the computer as yet.
