Great processor, battery is long, I love the features, PC Notebook does not get hot when using very long when streaming videos and downloading, I confirm it is Windows 10 Pro Operating system, the keyboard feels soft and smooth with key presses that are stable, and this PC Notebook is premium. I forget to mention you with this ASUS series you will get a free 1-Year Accidental Protection once you do register this product within 9--days which I done so by reading on online. I highly recommend this product than the ASUS VivoBook series. Yes, there is no fingerprint reader yet the Face Unlock with password is responsive too.

I did a lot of research before we went to the store ... important to see it, touch it. It is nice and small. Just what I wanted.
The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and very efficient!

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!. ASUS is a garbage company with garbage support. Laptop broke, I sent it back to them, they sent it back to me unfixed after having to deal with their rude and uncooperative customer support. Within less than a year a gaming laptop shouldn't break. All I did was game on it about 4 hours a night, but that seemed to break the dang thing after 11 months. Keyboard stopped working, display went black periodically, games started crashing my computer when using it while all my friends I was playing with were curious what happened to me, and also the power supply charger stopped working. I sent it back to them as it was within the 12 month warranty. They were unhelpful on the phone call and I had to be assertive just to get them to take back their dang product that basically broke within a year. It took about a month for them to "fix" it and send it back to me. It was supposed to be fixed, and lucky for them it was outside of the 12 month warranty because they basically didn't fix much. The key board still stops working, and when I play cold war my game continually crashes while all my friends continually play fine. laterally all they did is swap out my power supply. Total piece of junk with total piece of junk support who can give a crap about their product once some sucker buys it. I will never in my life buy another ASUS again! Shame on Best Buy for selling such a junk product and I'm telling the world about ASUS and their failure as a company.
