I am an elderly lady and not very computer savvy. I had an ASUS laptop that was about 8 years old and it needed to be replaced. This is as much of a review about Best Buy employees as it is about the laptop. First of all, the lap top, even though a new generation, works very much like my old one so there was not a huge learning curve. I really like the ASUS laptops! The Geek Squad employee, Crystal Smith, was excellent! She knew just what I needed for a smooth transition and she was very patient with me. All in all, the laptop, Best Buy and Crystal made this a smooth transition for me.

Excellent and reliable laptop with speed and easy to access

The screen is beautiful. I have been wanting an oled forever. I have a 4K camcorder and it takes outrageous beautiful videos. Bought it from Best Buy. And I cannot wait to see these videos on my Asus oled. I’ve been doing genealogy and I’m going to convert b&w to color and I can’t wait. Still learning on all that. When I saw my first b&w from an old negative of my grandparents in the 20s holding my dad, I screamed. All this makes it possible. Skys the limit.

Awesomeeee. Its a good machine. Yhe battery life is awesomeee and the machine is very fast.

Zenbook 14: Portable, lightweight, perfect for daily use.

This Zenbook 14 is everything I hoped for and more. It’s amazingly lightweight, which makes it super easy to carry around whether I’m commuting or working remotely. The Jasper Gray finish gives it a clean, modern look, and the build quality feels premium. The OLED touchscreen is a standout—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the resolution makes everything look sharp and crisp. Whether I’m reviewing code, writing documents, or hopping on video calls, the display makes it all feel smooth and professional.

It is a great laptop. The battery life is excellent and the speed and memory are excellent for my work.

We purchased during the Thanksgiving time. I have been using this for the past 60 days. I am using it for development purposes and it is delivering a good performance so far. The display is good. The AI is not inbuilt. The only thing I noticed is that it produces more heat while playing any games. I know this is not a gaming laptop. This is just ignorable.

Very nice laptop. Beautiful screen. The ARC GPU us awesome. My only gripe is no numpad. This thing feels like it weighs a pound. Amazing.

I first bought this laptop as an open-box item but I got a lemon (laptop ran at 0.3Ghz and was super slow!). Returned it and ended up getting a new one which was problem-free; it has snappy performance and the OLED screen is beautiful. One thing I don't like though is the materials used for the lid of the laptop - it's a fingerprint magnet (despite a matte surface - which actually makes it even harder to clean properly). If this is not a concern to you, it is a solid laptop!

I do love this laptop. It is very fast and has lots of space on it which is nice. It is touchscreen available if you like to use that over the keyboard. The only thing I don’t like is that the screen is only 1080p which is ok but I feel all computer screens should have 4K capability by now. Other than that this laptop is awesome.

Excellent performances, high luminosity in sun, long-life battery

I bought this laptop for $700 during a sale, hoping it would meet my needs. It's a lightweight device with two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, HDMI, and a 3.5mm jack, which I thought would be great for connectivity. The laptop's OLED screen is nice and glossy, and I was impressed with how easy it was to set up and configure. However, when I tried connecting the laptop to two monitors using a USB-C docking station (display ports), it wouldn't detect or connect to either one. I was able to get it to work via HDMI to one of the monitors, but when using the USB-C ports, the laptop would flicker heavily and become very slow. I tried troubleshooting by updating drivers, installing new software, and even switching to a different monitor (I tried both Dell and LG models), but nothing helped. The same setup worked just fine with my other Windows 10/11 laptop, which made it even more frustrating. Ultimately, the constant flickering and failure to detect external monitors was the main reason I decided to return the laptop.

Does well. Screen looks great. Small and compact. No complains!

Compact, lightweight, good number of ports, works with a few flavors of Linux without issue, good screen. DDR5 is fast. Comparable to Dell xps but cheaper with more ports.

Enjoying the availability of the touch screen as well as the keyboard. Excited to use capability of the processor.

There is a nice laptop, but I bought open box and it was a store model. The fan ran constantly and could give you burns however, very nice oled screen
