It's so unbelievably slow that it takes 2 minutes to load a webpage. The fan sounds like it's going to explode. The sound cuts out within 10 minutes every time I boot it up. I've uninstalled, reinstalled all drivers, applications, etc. ASUS warranty is GARBAGE. If you buy it from Best Buy, ASUS warranty doesn't actually mean anything, they'll just direct you to Best Buy, and Best Buy won't do anything about it unless it's under the accidental damage plan (i.e., not naturally occurring hardware issues from a poor product). I got this because my 7 year old laptop was getting old and slow, and after 5 weeks I have no choice but now to go back to my 7 year old laptop. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent (and I once put $1000 on red at a craps table).

It is prone to having fingerprint marks, but wash your hands and wipe the computer down with microfiber cloth after using and it’s fine. There is a mild fan noise on occasion but I don’t mind it.

I got this phenomenal laptop for $800. I made the right choice. It’s fast and the touch the screen adds a nice bonus.

The screen is great, video quality is great... but the sound is terrible. The sound cuts out and is unreliable. I can't hear Zoom calls. Spotify won't play music. I'm thinking it's a driver issue. so disappointed.
