Got this on sale to do simple things for my new job. I've never had an issue with asus and although I don't use this everyday, it's great when I do.

It does what you pay for, good for word documents, sheet, PowerPoint and internet, dont put a lot of images otherwise it will get lazy

Beautiful display and smart features, Wish it was touch screen. Also the battery life is not the greatest.

The screen display has great colors, and overall the functionality of the computer works really well. If you get this at a discount it's one of the best mobile laptops you can get at the moment.

I really like this PC. It has an i tegrated number pad that turns on/off on the track pad, as well as a stable sset of specs. An all metal casing makes it feel durable even though it is so thin.

Screen is bright and for simple task like abc mouse and simple home school assignments

OLED screen looks great, nice and bright even when sitting outside watching videos. Like the numpad on the touchpad. Only real complaint is I have large hands and I have to turn off touchpad when I need to do a lot of typing.

This is a nice light weight lap top with an incredibly bright and detailed screen. I like the feature that adjusts the keyboard illumination. I find the battery lasts a reasonable amount of time before needing to be recharged. It does everything I need it to do which does not include gaming so I am unable to comment on that. But reviewing and working on spread sheets is a dream. This is my second ASUS lap top and I am hoping it functions and stands up to the test of time like the first on.

This was a gift and the recipient loves it. I did have the understanding this had a touch screen, it does not. Just food for thought.

Bought open box. Perfect oled display and big keyboard. Small but can handle everything work related and some gaming. OK battery life.

I love my Asus laptop!! I wasn't sure what to buy and the sales people at Best buy highly recommend this. It does not disappoint!!

If you need a laptop for just entertainment, write novels and do homework, this is the best choice. But for gaming or editing, is going to be short in power for that.

This product is good but was not happy with sales Rep for telling me it was a touch screen when it is not!

great compact size with really good specs and excelent display

I bought it with promotion for $499. At this price point, nothing to complain. Amazing OLED screen with 2.8K resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. 12th gen i5 CPU(12 cores) vs 11th gen 4-core CPU is also a huge improvement.
