I love the Asus 14 OLED laptop. It has such a beautiful and vibrant display. The colors are so rich and alive. The 12th generation processor is so much faster than my older Dell laptop. I love just about every aspect of the laptop. The only drawback is that it does tend to get a little hot but what can you expect from such a lightweight computer. I recommend this laptop to everyone

I bought this laptop for it's screen and was extremely satisfied with it. Along with the discount that BestBuy gave, this was a must buy for me. The performance is acceptable for anything that's not too heavy performance wise. The fans also get a bit loud, but nothing too distracting.

I purchased an open-box satisfactory in the $300-$350 range. It came in like new condition, but without the original box or packing materials. The laptop is incredible for the price point and has a fantastic screen. The only reason I docked a point is because of the soldered ram/only 8gb total. This laptop won't NEED 16gb of ram, but it would have rounded out it's performance nicely. That said, you aren't doing any high end gaming on this machine. It'll be an excellent work or school computer!

Great machine. Battery lasts all day and screen is amazing. Returned my HP after one day. Battery lasted less than three hours and screen was dull Wish the RAM was upgradeable, but, for the money, I got an i5 chip, ssd, with an OLED screen. I've had it for 2 months now and no complaints.

I love this laptop - I was hesitant to buy it because of the negative reviews but it's truly a gem. It's quiet, fast, and the design is great with the numeric touchpad. Also the letters on the keyboard are bigger than normal which makes for easy typing. I love it!

I bought the Asus Zenbook back in February and I love it. The computer is easy to use with a light weight design and the battery life is not to bad, speed is excellent and so is the display

The size of this laptop is just right. It’s OLED screen is great for watching content, doing light work, and all other everyday tasks. It’s also powerful enough, in combination with the power supply, to run more intensive applications such as FHD video editing and some moderate gaming (Mostly esports titles and less demanding games). The fan is audible during peak loads in the form of air being blown out of hole, rather than a jet engine starting up. It’s much more pleasant than laptops I’ve previously owned. With the growing appeal of game streaming services, a device like this laptop is great and more than capable of delivering satisfying gameplay. Although the multitasking experience is restricted due to ram size, a more focused usage will not suffer from this drawback. I am very content with this laptop, considering I was able to receive this for just under $500 open-box.

Really long battery life. I got a good price on it as well. I know it is was an older processor, but I was looking for more power than a basic laptop and was on a budget. About a week later they touch screen version went on sale for the same price but using a touch screen on a laptop really doesn't concern me lol. The speaker is on this laptop or amazing and the screen is super sharp. When charging the battery up it doesn't take long to charge at all. The front-facing camera is all right but they could have put more of a resolution on it. I use this a lot for streaming and some office 365 stuff, and it handles that well. I'm not experienced any kind of lagging or any kind of severe battery drain issues either

What a beautiful screen! It has excellent sound once you set your choice the way you want the four speakers to sound. This laptop doe's everything I need. It's fast, yes the fan comes on now and then, but it's not a problem. With a computer for this cost, you can't go wrong.

Excellent choice for a lightweight, budget friendly notebook. I purchased this laptop before travelling through Europe for a month with high hopes of having a durable work machine that would not add too much weight to my every day bag. This laptop delivered. I was able to run my day to day business while abroad, edit my trip photos in lightroom and do some light gaming. The OLED screen is Pantone approved so all photo/video editing is true to color. My only complaint is that the laptop went on sale ($250 off) just a few days after the return period expired. I called BestBuy customer service and they would not budge on their price match policy.

Very well built but light and compact in design. OLED screen produces beautiful colors and clear images. The processing is fast for web surfing, word processing, and even online streaming of videos. I'm very pleased with this laptop.

I got this laptop for a great deal because it was on sale and it was time for an upgrade. The OLED screen is great and has a couple of customization options you can mess with. Videos look great on it so its great to watch netflix on, and reading text looks great on it too The 12th gen i5 runs great and handles everything I need it to. The 8GB DDR5 RAM is fast but even with the bloat gone it sits at like 4 or 5GB with just one browser open, its soldered on the motherboard so I cant swap it out which is a bummer. But I havent had any slow downs or issues with the RAM so its good. The computer comes with 3rd gen nvme m.2 256GB for storage but the bracket can handle 4th gen up to I believe 1TB so thats great for people who need a lot of storage on the go.

great laptop! amazing screen, solid light performance, great styling and solid build. Cannot fault Asus for these power hungry chips from Intel - cooling is doing all it can to cool these chips down. Also what is with Windows upgrade; when you first set up the laptop, all those updates are lined up and then the fan goes loud so expect that initially; once all these updates are done, the laptop settles down and is a joy to use. Great job Asus!

Overall a great computer. I like the built in camera, good for everyday work, and light video editing. It does heat up for some reason and the left mouse button kinda glitches from time to time. Battery life is long about 5-7 hours if youre working all day and depends if you are video chatting for long periods of time (hence the 5 hours). Solid for the price. I got it on sale for when it was a little less than $800.

What BestBuy or ASUS will not tell you immediately is that with the purchase of an open-box item, ASUS only warrants that item for 60 days. You have to buy it new as a brand new item to get the full warranty and this is something that I thought more people should know immediately. It may only be ASUS doing this, as I don't know about the other brands, but in the past I haven't had any issue with the regular warranty. But as far as the device itself it's fantastic! The screen is mindblowing (Samsung panel so it's guaranteed perfect), and the body of the notebook has no flex, and the speakers are great. As far as everything else, the processor is a 12-core monster, the 8GB of DDR5 doesn't matter near as much as you'd think, and the since the storage is upgradable you can easily put in a nice 2-4TB or even 8TB of storage with Gen 4x4 M.2 NVMe. The keyboard is also amazing... coming from a butterfly 2016 MacBook Pro, and the fingerprint reader is extremely fast even though it does NOT have Windows Hello. It also has two real Thunderbolt 4 ports that support the full standard with PCIe tunneling and an eGPU works like a charm with this laptop. I have a Razer Core X and an RX 6950XT and easily game at 1440p at home and then just unplug and have insane battery life with the Intel iGPU with the i5 1240p. One Thunderbolt 4 cord supplies graphics, power delivery, and all accessories plugged into the USB hub on the eGPU. It's just a very complete and convenient way to use the laptop. TL;DR: I really really recommend this laptop and 10/10 would buy again. (I actually did. I returned the open-box with warranty issues and just got a new one.)

small, light, and powerful but 8 gb ram soldered sucks, and the battery life is no where near what it claims, ive run it down in under 2 hrs from full, avg maybe 2.5 maybe 3 if I dim screen etc... The O in Oled stands for overrated... its a 14" screen id rather have better battery with 1080p then the higher res... I added a fast 980 pro 1tb m.2 to help with low ram and page file use, but now the buttom gets hotter... The new one with ARM cpu is gonna be killer to intel...
