This is a perfect laptop overall. I was nervous purchasing this new as this is my first time buying a new laptop rather than a used one, as I wasn't able to test this laptop out before purchasing it. Yet, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's screen is great and the HDR works beautifully (however it is not enabled by default). The keyboard fits me perfectly and is much more tactile than most laptop keyboards I've used. The inclusion of a numpad inside the trackpad is much more useful than I initially expected. While its speakers aren't the highest-end and can sound mushy at times, that's to be expected inside an ultra-book. The other accessories included with the laptop are also very nice. The inclusion of a USB-A to RJ45 as well as a USB-C to 3.5mm audio jack proves useful as you aren't required to spend the extra money to purchase adapters like you are with Macbooks. The included laptop sleeve, however, isn't impressive and I'd recommend purchasing something else. Pros: - OLED screen is beautiful - Long battery life - The i7-1165g7 in my model is the perfect processor for light workstation needs - Amazing keyboard - Numpad feature is incredibly useful - Included adapters are nice Cons: - Comes with bloatware like McAfee, but is easily removable - Would have preferred media keys like pause and play instead of a snipping key and the MyAsus button in the function buttons. - The screen driver updates through Windows Update caused my screen to stop working until after a restart one time. In summary, this is a great purchase for the price and makes the perfect laptop for business, entertainment, and light workstation use.

Loving it so far. Light weight, easy to use, fast. I was excited about the pen and decent case that were included. The packaging is even impressive

I've has it for almost a month now and it has given me the blue screen about twice already. The noise of the fan gets a little loud at times. The pen is a nice editions. Overall it's a good computer so far.

I had been searching for an ultra-portable laptop for casual use and this seemed to fit all my demands: -light and sleek -2-in-1 for occasional tablet use -full-metal body and premium, durable build -incredible, bright screen -USB-C Charging -Useful numpad in trackpad feature But while this is an excellent 13 inch laptop at first impression, there were a few flaws that ultimately made me return it. -The amount of heat it put out even when running on the lowest Save-Battery mode was unacceptable. I could barely watch a Youtube video without it becoming concerningly hot. This was my biggest negative with this machine. -The battery life was not especially great, and became a headache to manage and check. Constantly fiddling with Power Management settings to save battery kind of defeats the purpose of a casual-use CPU-only laptop. At this point I'd rather just spend a bit more and get a laptop with a dedicated graphics card. -And lastly the tablet mode was not impressive in terms of stylus and software support. I was always a bit too worried I'd scratch the (beautiful) screen with the included stylus, as the tip seemed a bit too stiff and hard. (the stylus also runs on the rare AAAA battery standard, yes four A's.) Any actual use in the Windows stylus supported apps was finicky and had the stylus acting more like a mouse than a comparable full tablet/stylus. The sum total of flaws making the Zenbook Flip unlikely to be used as a 2-in-1 at all. Perhaps the individual unit I received was a fluke, but I cannot recommend this laptop mainly due to its poor heat management.

Best laptop very useful cant go wrong, would buy again!!!

Great overall laptop. The build leaves much to desired. Speakers are subpar. Performance is great when throttling isn’t an issue.

I purchased this ZenBook laptop to use in my business and also for use in my role as Church Treasurer. It was very easy to setup and and then equip with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software. I love the quick boot up process and that would be my favorite difference between this unit and the Dell PC and iMac I use in the office. I use the touch pad and do not have a mouse attached. Setting up my two printers was very simple and much easier than the Dell PC even though they use the same operating system. The 16GB really helps with speed so don’t settle for 4GB or 8GB. I would highly recommend this ASUS.

It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Worth every penny! I love the pen and super fast start up as well as the number pad/mouse pad flexibility. Fantastic machine.

Had Asus for 7 years after being skeptical about purchasing. Never a problem but just too slow now compared to new technology. Went with another Asus and so far couldn’t be happier. Lightning fast, crystal clear screen and facial recognition. Would recommend to anyone for work or personal.
