Great laptop except for wireless. Sent it back to Asus who "updated to the latest driver". Still having issues where wireless drops and is abysmally slow. Other phones, laptops, tablets do not have this issue.

If suddenly the laptop will not boot up or it just black screen, please do the following. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged.

Have only had it for about a month now but so far so good. Very nice display, good build quality, fairly powerful processing and doesn't have all the gimmicky RGB lights and other features that other gaming computers have which I like.

Bought this ASUS and another ASUS laptop Open Box with an AMD Ryzen 9 6000 series, but within 2 days, it ran hot and arbitrarily shut off twice without any notice. I'm returning that one tomorrow. As for THIS ONE- Brand New out of the box - it immediately would accept my wifi login user name and password but when I clicked NEXT- it gave me a "Lost Connection THREE TIMES! Finally worked when I unchecked the Automotically Connect box. The sound did not seem very good either, and I just saw several reviews that criticize the sound system so I will likely return it because there is no excuse for poor speakers on any laptop in this day and age. Hopefully the sound was an Anomole. But we'll see tomorrow.

If you have no interest in sound quality, this is the laptop for you. Personally, I'd recommend you keep looking anyway. You may actually want to hear something some day.
