Asus laptop is great

Just need to get acquainted with all its bells and whistles. The Microsoft 365 is a bit confusing for. Just need to spend more time to explore all the new features and find where the old features are now placed.

Didnt use it for a few days, went to turn it on and was extremely hot ( just sitting charging) and wouldnt power on. After unplugging it, it finally powered on 10 later. Speakers are weak and camera quality isnt very good. A few positives: when it works its extremely fast. It came in a beautiful box inside a box with a back pack. I will be returning this to store asap. Really disappointing considering how much I paid for it.

Absolutely, it is a performance laptop.
We do understand your concern about thermal issues. It is normal for the laptop, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while charging the battery even when it is off. It will generate heat while under heavy load especially during WINDOWS Update and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. The small internal speakers are decent. However, for better listening pleasure we recommend using a headset or external speaker systems. About the camera quality, poor or unstable internet connection will affect the video resolution while using a video-conference application or software, please check if the laptop is getting a strong signal to an established wireless router and internet service.
