Great laptop. 4k screen quality is very obvious visual upgrade from my 1080p laptop before. The screenpad plus is very useful, but initially awkward to use. The touchpad on the side feels off initially but very easy to get used to. I had an issue with the wifi adapter a few days after receiving, but I'm within the return policy and if I wasn't ASUS informed me I could take it to BestBuy to have it fixed under manufacturer's warranty.

I really was excited for this laptop. I am replacing an older Asus laptop that I had for almost 7 years. From the start it seemed great until my WI-Fi adapter crapped out. I tried everything including a full restore and it is still bad. Some error msg stating it doesn't start (code 10) There is no ethernet port, so no way to connect to internet. So here is my honest review of other things.. GOOD: I love the concept of 2 screens. it does work and i didn't even mind the different glass on the lower screen. Having the second screen is nice for doing more than one thing. I use my laptop for photo editing and this, in concept is great.... the BAD: the second (and main) screen resolution makes my Photoshop menus so small I can barely read it. Any plug-in menus, like Topaz or Nik software, is too small to even read basically making them useless. GOOD: The screen is 4K and amazing clarity. I sat in awe watching 4k youtube videos. BAD: screen is very glossy and reflections are very bad in the daylight. If you stay inside or in a room with little windows, you are fine. GOOD: when it worked no issues with internet BAD: WiFi adapter died withing the first month GOOD: Keyboard is nothing special and light up keypad is a nice touch. BAD: You will want to get an external keyboard for any serious typing or gaming. GOOD: gaming is fine. BAD: laptop puts off serious heat. GOOD: latest I7 processor and GeForce RTX 2060 card. BAD: struggles with editing large photos (RAW files) and editing any high resolution videos. (expected more from the specs) GOOD: 2 usb ports and thunderolt BAD: only 2 usb ports and for some reason my memory card adapter wont power up in either usb port. Deal breaker for me due to the amount of pics i take and need to upload GOOD: 2 screens and screen software is cool BAD: no windows task bar on second screen and when trying to use it on the main screen it is a pain to bring up (i hide my task bar). easier to use the windows key to bring it up. Not a big deal but a pain Final thoughts... I think I will most likely return it and go for a different ASUS model, One without a 4K screen. I am sad to do that because of how beautiful it is but I expected more from this for the price. I really wanted to love this with the duo screens though!

The dual screen is awesome, great for multi-tasking. You can read an article on one screen and write notes on the other. You can If you want to use both screens at the same time you can. The mouse pad has a calculator on it as well and you can turn it on and off easily. if you are tired of having to rely on more than one device to do work than i would high recommend this computer. Still discovering more amazing things about it. Ecstatic to have it!

Incredibly happy with the purchase! Was in need of an updated laptop and decided to splurge a bit and glad I did. Great for gaming, multitasking, and entertainment! The ASUS Zenbook Dual Screen is awesome. One major downside is battery life, however I went into this purchase knowing battery life was a downside and even still have been impressed!

I have been Waiting for this one. This works perfectly with my DJ and Lighting software! I can run My DJ Software on the Main Screen and on the lower screen I have made Buttons to turn on my DJ lights on and off. Perfect!

While I loved the idea of the computer I was worried about the overall cost of it. But after using for a week feel like it was worth it. If you're someone that always wanting another monitor but wants to be on the go this is an amazing computer for that. I'm so thrilled with my purchase.

In the short time I've had it, I have put it through its paces. Having the second screen has vastly improved productivity, and the battery life isn't bad like I was worried it would be.

OK - yes, it's on the pricier side... BUT AMAZING! the additional touch screen above the keyboard is shear brilliance! The screen and graphics card are amazing AND touch screen (which I will never do without in a laptop EVER again). My use = 360 Video editing, Oculus VR, Gaming, Productivity
