If you looking for a laptop to pull out all stops here it is. A laptop with two screens!!! This screen is simply amazing. It's bright, vivid, and definitely beautiful and crisp. Awesome graphics. Good for gaming. Great for multitasking. From watching movies to work and school this laptop can do it all. The second screen is great for web design. This thing is super fast and Lots of storage space. This was money well spent.

The 2nd screen is a useful option. Love that it’s easy to turn on and off and set up modes to automatically open windows.

ASUS out did themselves when designing this machine. It is sleek, powerful and fast. It was worth the money to upgrade to the 32GB Memory model. Multitasking within the two screens has streamlined my workflow. The graphics that this has is out of this world. And finally wifi 6 makes working on a wired connection obsolete!

This laptop is great! I've tried several laptop from many different brands. Unfortunately, this one could not be a keeper, especially for the hassle I have to deal with the credit card provider on the interest rate. I am looking forward to buying it again in the near future.

Awesome laptop, the dual screen is very unique, once I figure out how to get the laptop to stop crashing it has been an awesome experience using it. Well worth the price tag.

So this is an OKAY Laptop, they have it advertised to run Adobe apps, and other things, however they don't tell you that it's slow to encode or to use Adobe After Effects.
When using this type of software you need a ton of HDD space, not only for your project material, but for the program encoding takes a while. While Asus usually does a great job, I'm extremely disappointed in the fact this DOES NOT have any type of Media slot. Why would they leave out the media slot? Oh but don't buy this one, the new one came out and has a media slot!! WHAT? The Screen Pad Plus is also very flat so the laptop does need to be tilted towards you to get a clear shot of that screen. They updated that too on the new one. *Mind you I just bought this*
Another thing they did was you CANNOT upgrade the memory on this laptop! I was literally upset when I found that out, but too late to return it.
If you are looking for a editing laptop, but don't want to spend 5k or 10k, this will do the trick for you. The weight I like, it's heavy - but it's well made, no plastic.
They should have added more USB 3.0 ports, UHD Port, and this should have come with only nvme HDD, that is the only saving grace on the speed.
Lastly, be prepared for a HEAT WAVE.... This thing blows a ton of heat!! So much so, it's a "Desktop" not a "laptop" this gets so hot. But guess what, they changed this on the updated one... where the screen pad plus pops up and lets in more air to keep it cool. It also doesn't have easy access to do any upgrades to the HDD. The Main screen doesn't fold all the way back.
Oh and since I've owned this, I thought it was broken due to the sound, I mean LACK THERE OF, the sound this puts out is similar to a speaker in a can... it's very low volume and doesn't sound powerful what so ever. For the price, I would have expected something different Asus.
Oh and I had to buy the laptop from BB in order to find all of this out, it's not like they have a display you can touch and know what you are getting into.

I like it. It just takes some getting to when it's on my lap since it doesn't lay flat due to creating a gap for air flow underneath. Other than that, it's almost silent when running 3d design software, etc. The audio could be better but oh well.
