I've now had some time to play on this laptop and it's been really positive. The computer, overall, performs as I expected based on the specs of the machine with 9th gen core i9, 32gb RAM, 2060 graphics, etc. The dual screen was a big selling point for me, for use with Photoshop, other Adobe design software, and 3D design and printing software. This was a big change in computers as I was switching from the Surface Pro 4. I love the Surface and initially intended to upgrade to one of the newer models but found I wanted more power and functionality. And when I saw the Intel Honeycomb prototype, I considered holding out for the more functional hinge but I couldnt hold out any longer. When it came time to buy, I mentally prepared myself for needing to return this if the dual screen execution wasnt worth it. Well, I have been extremely happy with how this whole laptop comes together - especially the dual 4k hdr touch screens with full keyboard. I was worried about typing comfort and lap usability but I found it to be about on par with the Surface except I got more screen real estate. Now, this thing is a lot heavier than a Surface by far, yet, because of the thin oled top panel it appears sleek and thin. Still, it's more of a table top computer. I have yet to look for a solution, but the cursor drops in random locations while typing, something I've experienced on a prior Asus. The displays are beautiful and work together really well but need some color calibration if you want things across the 2 displays to match. And the pen is great but...there's no good place to store it on the machine so it gets forgotten. Still, functionality and performance were key to me and I am really glad I got this machine. Occasionally, I do find myself wanting to reach for a tablet for quick browsing and travel. But, for me, the benefits provided by this machine make the sacrifice worth it. I wanted the specs on this machine and I hoped the dual screens would be a tool vs a gimmick and Asus succeeded.

This should be a 5-star machine. When it works, it's fantastic. I purchased it because I make my living doing webinars and virtual events for other people. After each one, I edit their videos. To make that happen, I need multiple monitors, fast fiber internet, and a fast CPU and Graphics. First problem - within two months, the wi-fi became flaky and totally unreliable. It turns off (becomes unresponsive) at the device manager level. If I have to use Wi-Fi, I use an external USB adaptor. Mostly, I use wired internet via a docking station that also has the multiple monitors, which brings me to the next problem... More recently, the single USBC port has gotten flaky. Works most of the time, if you hold your mouth just right, and un-plug and plug-in the USB cable over and over. (Yes, I've tried different cables, different docking stations, etc - it's the port that's BAD.) I NEED that port to be reliable, because it's the only one, and during a client webinar, I need those monitors and the fast internet, right? Lastly, I saw some other comments about heat output during video editing - and I agree. It gets hot, and it can throttle down... I have not found this problem to be as annoying as the first two issues. In fact, if the Wi-Fi and the USB were better, I'd give this unit the 5 stars. Even as I write this review, the USB port has flaked out multiple times. So sad... The lower monitor is actually super useful as a parking space. A place to put icons and apps that you want available but are not working on actively. I want to love it. I try to love it. But ... :(

It was a decent laptop. I bought it with the hope of video editing, but ended up returning it for a different Asus machine. The second screen on this was really a nice feature, however when rendering video, it ran REALLY hot, and was quick to throttle.

I purchased this laptop about a month ago, and so far i have zero complaints. I'm using it as a desktop replacement, so the battery life and portability or lack thereof are N/A for me b/c its always on my desk and plugged in when i'm using it. I have it connected to a 27" monitor so i have a total of 3 screens available. 32 GB is a dream; more than enough memory to run all my graphics programs like in design and Photoshop. I also love the Ultra HD screen. perfect for working from home during the pandemic!

Stunning, perfect for a showpiece laptop ... only will work on solid surface flat ... the hinge doesn’t allow for comfy lap top use or someplace other then at a desk

I loved the dual screen but the speed was horrible for editing and almost everything else. It Froze a lot when transferring files. The aesthetics are cool.

Best Buy is awesome. But the item? It's not all that great. For what I spent for this puppy. I think it's not worth it at all. Just to small and to slow.

I bought this computer as a birthday present for myself. I work in the design industry and I make digital art in my spare time. And this computer works so well for my needs the dual screens let me look at reference materials as I create illustrations. The pen stylus is pretty good quality and works well on both screens. The color quality on the screens is amazing. I am so glad I purchased this computer

This laptop is great. Love the hardware that was placed in it. It's able to keep up with all the editing I'm doing with it. Renders are much faster then I was dealing with before. The second screen is really nice to have to place my editing tools. Plus being touch is very natural. It also plays games really good.

At first I thought this computer just need an update or something. I have had it for 2 months and im already getting blue screens. Struggles to keep up with Illustrator even Excel was freezing up just scrolling. Had high hopes for this since 2 screens on a laptop would have been great for design work just need the computer to actually work like it has 32 gb of RAM

I'm a writer and this computer is God's gift to writer. You can write and research without closing out your work. Awesome.

This is great laptop for gaming I love the second screen it’s very helpful with organization when working on it Just the right size, fast, strong processor, awesome 4 k graphics. It may not seem like it but it’s worth the money

This laptop is amazing. The dual screens allows for so many different window configurations that make getting work done so much easier. Highly recommend this laptop.

Wife enjoys very much. The second screen is great for streaming music while you do other things. Also helpful when learning new games or picture editing

$3000 piece of crap. The bluescreen everyone talks about isnt the blue screen of death. it just takers longer for the screens to boot than the computer.

I love this laptop its so much features i havent learned yet. Its used specifically for editing 4k is smooth 6k is effortless
