It was a little bit disappointing that the laptop wasn't convertible, but while I had it it was a good option. I ended up returning it because my model had issues with Bluetooth headphones.

Extremely frustrating. I was hoping that it would work fine, but it didn't. Wifi is horrible even after updating the drivers. After talking to support on line. After going to best buy to have it checked. Google Earth some times doesn't open; I had to open it in safe mode. The internet connection comes in and out. My Nimo laptop that I bought reads downloads of 550 to 600 mbs versus this Asus at 25 to 50 mbs side by side.
What I love is the backlit keyboard, the light weight, the OLED touch Screen and has amazing speaker system. But none of this is important if the laptop doesn't work. I'm going to return it. Spent a lot of time trying to make it work but I think it has serious issues with BIOS and the internet says that the ASUS battery management system is to blame.

I hand owned this laptop for about one month as of the time of this review. I really love the laptop. As others have stated it can get hot, but I haven’t yet seen any performance hot because of it. The speakers get to be a decent volume and have good sound quality, not tinny sounding like on some laptops. All in all I love this laptop and in happy I purchased it.

The picture quality is excellent but the sound quality is sub par when compared to other six speaker laptops. The touchpad on mine doesn’t work all of the time which is probably a good thing because of accidental setting changes while typing. I haven’t noticed it getting too hot but I haven’t tried heavy workloads either, stays cool with normal use. Fingerprints are a nightmare to clean off of the top cover.

Beautiful and I love it , the only 2 cons are screen has grid pattern from oled, and the laptop doesn’t turn on sometimes when I click power button , I might have to plug it into a power source or keep pressing and waiting a few minutes. Everything else is perfect

Do not buy. 80 degree celsius as im writing this review. If you do not know computers it means my fingers burn just from typing. I only have 1 tab open and this computer is frying me alive. I contacted Bestbuy they will not help you after 15 days so do not expect to be able to return. I contacted ASUS they said they will not help me as I bought off bestbuy.
