Have had big name phones in the past; I am very rough on phones and have replaced a number of them costing me $200 or more each time. Best Buy associate had this phone and spoke highly of it and it was priced at less than $130. Does all needed functions; Facebook Live, email, text, video, music, internet, and more. Why would I not be elated?

Everything usually included with an Asus mobile phone is pre installed here, meaning a significant amount of bloatware. Its specs and performance are decidedly below average. I found this to be an issue. It was on sale for a good price which tempers the negative aspects of this device.

It is no rocket ship, but I've bought two of these phones for others and they are still rocking them almost half a year later. The camera is meh, the processor is meh, the memory (2gig) is meh, but it works and it has a fingerprint scanner and decent battery life to boot.

Pros: -A lot of features for a great value (fingerprint access, holds up to 64 GB external data, 13MP camera, long lasting battery) Cons: -Some Android apps crash frequently or do not load at all -Took me a while to figure some of the features -TMobile stores do not recognize the phone to transfer data and contacts - Finicky about the brand of data card (some brands seem to work better than others) -The phone doesn't have a built-in voicemail function so I had to download the TMobile visual voicemail app All in all, for what I paid the phone is great.

Zen UI is not fancy but simple to use, Overall build quality is good and camera is also good in daylight. Budget Phone and unlocked which I was looking for and it is a nice device. Hopefully it gets updates for security to last a year.

Excellent phone for the price range. Fast, very long battery life, and has a ton of extra features installed by Asus that are actually useful, unlike every other pre-installed app by other companies. Only downside is touchscreen, its fairly inaccurate and takes getting used to. Had a very hard time hitting the spacebar button, as it had to be pressed on the very top to work. Still a very good phone for the price.

This phone is a really good value. I would give it five stars, except I'm not real happy with the speakers. However, that's not important if you're going to use earbuds or Bluetooth speakers.. Takes very good photos.

Picked up this phone for my work device. It is a good quality phone. The two cons I have is that the phone takes forever to charge and it takes it awhile to boot up. Other than that, it is a great phone.

The cell phone is a very great deal for approximately $100+. My review is about my experience utilizing this phone not a summary of specific detailed technical info. Check product specs on website for cool nerdy phone data. So here are the features that are exceptional which include: a camera that takes remarkably clear High quality pictures including low light mode ranging from up close selfies to shots zoomed from a relative distance, a reliably functional finger print sensor that offers adequate phone security, a fast processor which enables cell to be remarkably quick at launching apps also opening websites, aesthetically pleasing titanium colored very smooth case with nice glass screen, in addition useful battery managing features that potentially saves 50% battery life providing much longer operational time, and finally the 16 GB memory is actually 9GB after pre-installed apps eat up space lol but cell has awesome ability to designate your SD card as primary internal memory for all downloads and pics/ vids. Now here's the features that need improvement: speaker is poor low quality audible sound on calls and playing media such as songs/videos, disappointing absence of NFC scanner (which allows cell to purchase items at checkout registers by tapping on terminals), and sadly the phone calling reception is consistently average. But overall I'm mostly quite content with this cell.

Great phone. I always trusted the asus name for my computing products. Took a chance on the phone. Great call quality, phenomenal photos. Great price. Bought it to take overseas on a trip because it's unlocked and global frequency. Switched to it for my main phone back here in the states based on the features.

My daughter bought this phone after she broke her previous phone. So far she has liked it. I've noticed it is a little laggy at times but not terrible. Not bad for an inexpensive phone

My first one was great. It went swimming and I couldn't revive it. No question about what I would do: repeat buy because of the great ease of operation, long access without needing recharge and a lot less unnecessary, unrequested junk with the phone. Plenty of apps available if I wanted, but only if I wanted - not installed in advance creating clutter. I am very pleased with the purchase 2 times!

Pros: Battery life. On standby lasts 4-5 days. Normal use 2-3 days. Dual sim card slot. You will be able to use 2 different sim cards. One is a nano sim slot which double as an sd card slot. However, if you wish to expand the memory, it will take up that 2nd sim card slot. Responsive and agile. This phone is a great buy for $150.

When I was getting the ASUS phone I was a little biased because I have their Chromebook and it works very well, so I figured if the Chromebook is this good, I shouldn't expect less from their phone. I was not wrong at all. The functionality of the phone is excellent. The battery life with reasonable usage lasts the entire day. I only charge 1ce a day and I do use my phone quite a bit. Storage is good although I have to say I do not have a lot of apps on it, and the phone itself comes with quite a few of its own. Overall, I am not disappointed, it is a good phone for the price point and is very aesthetically beautiful. Smooth edges, super clear front facing camera and back camera too. colors are vibrant. If you were ever in doubt about functionality, doubt not, it is worth every penny.

Power it on. Do a software update if found. Disable bloatware and unwanted apps. Then update existing apps and only install necessary ones. Phone only has 16GB so be careful. This phone is for the minimalist. Install what you need and then go on an outdoor adventure and don't worry about battery life, especially if you use the battery saving features.

Is it th fastest best phone ever made? No. But for $150, its the best deal you're going to find. My phone died and I had no insurance so I picked this up to hold me til the next phone and its been great. Does everything I need it to. The only downfall is the camera is not very good.
